I've asked this before and here I am 1 month later with the same frustrations. I have to be screwing this up somehow.

STRETCHES This has got to be the simplest exercise to do in the world. So how am I fucking it up? My grip is no good at all. I pull toward my feet laying down with an overhand grip. That's the only way I can manage to not end up with just pulling nothing but skin. This is done flaccid by the way. Pulling up toward my head poses two problems; 1. Instant hard-on. I'm totally concentrating on other things and still get hard. 2. You can probaly guess this one.....grip. How do I properly grip it? I was told that just gripping the glans was not a good idea. But that's been my only chance so far.

I prefer to do my stretches flaccid. I try to do them erect and it's useless. I don't feel anything. I don't see it stretching at all. Fancy moves like A-stretches are out of the question. I'm not long enough. I have yet to figure out what a V-stretch is.

JELQS The second easiest exercise. I've recently discovered that my problem with this is probably due to my lack of spent doing it. Meaning I usually do about 200 dry jelqs per night. Apparently I'm only doing about 1/3 of what I need to be doing. But even at 200 a night I haven't seen anything over the past month. I got sore as all hell the first few days, and then........:confused:

I'm really trying to get at least an inch in lenght over the next 3 months. I feel that's pretty close to reasonable. I don't have alot of privacy here on the ship so my exercise times and the types of exercises I do are pretty limited to dry jelqs and strecthing for now. I'm wondering if this is why I'm stuck. Any help you guys can give me on this will be very appreciated. And please if you suggest an exercise to help me, include a description of what it is and how to do it.

Also for DLD if you read this. Can I buy your vids on a cd or something. I want to joing the pay site, but it won't do me anygood because my internet connection here so crappy. I won't be able to get to my trusty cable modem for another 90+ days.

Gripping by the glans is the only way I have ever stretched and I have hurt nothing. I think it is fine for you to grip this way. Some other pointers are for batter grip there are a bunch of options. One is baby powder. This is how I get my best grip. If that is not working the best I ad the smallest amount of water to the powder. Another incredible gripping technique is medical gloves. You can buy these at any medical supply store . The rubber really increases the grip. One other method that I have not tried yet is RB's method of using golf gloves. He swears by it as do many others.

Your problem with getting erect can be rectified by masturbating before stretching . Just be sure to do your jelqing type exercises before this.

I understand your frustration with all the stretches out there. You can do the "A-Stretch " by using RB Fake arm method. There is a post I will find and bump for you. Using this method anyone can do the A-Stretch . I highly recommend doing DLD Blasters in conjunction with this.. The V-Stretch is a very simple stretch too. Basically as you are pulling straight out with one hand you put pressure in the center of your penis with the other hand. The shape ends up looking like a "V". The erection issue should be solved with the above info. If you are having persistent erections during stretching try to not get frustrated. Use this time productively by doing girth exercises.

200 Jelqs is probably not enough. I suggest that newbies start at 300 and eventually work up to 600 after 2-4 weeks.

You can do wet jelqs without a big mess by using a moisturizer that is not oil based. This will give you the luxury of wet jelqs without the clean-up. I think the wet jelq is a perfect exercise for anyone in their first 6 months.

I got a few guys on it now, simply doing 1000 wet jelqs everyday, thats all.

I regret to say that I don't have the option of wet jelqing right now. I'd hate to be laying in my bed every night making a bunch of jack of noises. Going to stick with the dry but do more of them.

There is another solution.....tell your bed neighbourghs about Penis Enlargement and make a Jelq Party on the ship :D This way everyone will make the same noise :D

Relax. Take a deep breath and let's re-examine everything from the beginning. I say go over the techniques for each and every one of these exercises a few dozen times. It truly is like learning a new language and only practice makes perfect, but you need a native speaker to copy. So there should be a bunch of videos here or on the other boards about how to do this and that exercise. Go right for the media descriptions and illustrations. Some of us don't grasp what is laid out in text in front of us. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses.

This is like baby steps to the soultion but well worth it. You can't expect to be able to dunk a ball and play a great game of hoops in only one month. So you restudy the fundamentals ad nausem. Until you can't take it any more. Some of us need to do this repition based exercises to learn. Like a kata in Karate or whatever art you take.

The idea is to master the technique with quality not quanity. You could do 1, 000,000 half assed things or just 20 really perfect. I would take the 20 any day. Once you know for sure you are doing the stretching and jelqing correct than you can increase the amount of sets and reps.

I wish you luck. Remember we all learn by failing too, sometimes it teaches us more than if we actually won.
