Hey DLD, my erections aren't great. They're not bad but they are still a bit squeezable and the angle is below a little under straight out, which I hate - although the angle isn't half as important as the hardness.

Do you think maybe all the long stretching sessions i did without warmups could be the reason for the loss of erection strength?

Any idea how i can get them back? A PC routine perhaps? Can you recommend one?

Well im not as experienced as DLD but id say a PC routine would help, so as many kegals as you can daily and stick at it. If all else fails i would say buy some L- arginine, i havnt tried it myself but people say it makes your erections like a steal bar.

PC Muscle Fitness

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

Why would I want to do kegel exercises?

• It can prevent prolapsed of pelvic organs
• It can help prevent leaking urine when you sneeze or cough

Thanks a lot DLD, I've tried this for a couple of days and my erections have already become less squeezable than before.

I did countless of PC flexes for a couple of weeks a few months back and my erections got so hard that it almost hurt. Use with caution :)

Easy to do and inconspicuous.
