Since I have really stepped up the intensity in my length routine to the point my dick is out lasting my hands and arms, I am having some trouble getting good solid erections particularly during sex. I get hard enough to get the job done and even get really hard for a few seconds but then back to about 85 to 90 percent. I attribute this to my workouts but I'm also starting to wonder about my age (44) as well. Anyway I was thinking about using some Viagra but really don't want to go thru the whole doctor thing. Does anyone, and I'm sure they do, know the best place to get non prescription Viagra online? I just thought I'd try it and see if it'll help, also maybe help some on girth routine.

Seriously, do thousands on days you don't anticipate sex. Rest on days you do foresee any action. It will take a little time but it will definitely help your eq, and when you do them on no sex days it helps to fatigue the pelvic floor.

Other than that there's diet and exercise. But if pe is the big deal for you right now, kegals synergize well.

Exactly what I do, 1000's a day...sometimes I catch myself doing them without even knowing it. I have a seriously powerful set of pelvic floor muscles.

yup even i wanna reach to a 1000 a day and not know they are happening.....i even wanna kegel when inside a girl and stretch the vagina more...lol;)
 
I guess having a weak pelvic floor would also explain why even when erect my dick just wants to lay over, like it doesn't have the strength to stand up so to speak. OK so I've read a hundred times on here how to kegal but just to clarify it is the action to stop "pissing" or the action of ejaculating correct?
Also if you don't mind me asking, is it a good sign of intensity that I have weakened my pelvic to the point of having this problem?

I do them in sets of 100 and sometimes I get in 15-20 sets. They become intuitive after a while, almost like a natural function of the body.

I have been doing the same thing. It's way easier than it sounds when you are doing sets of full squeezes like that. Especially if it gets to be habitual with things like going to the bathroom, taking a shower, sitting down to eat, etc.
 
I prefer Levitra over Viagra. I have no problem with EQ, the wife says it feels like a glass bottle. I wonder how she knows :s . Anyway you can get prescripts online. I get the 10 MG pills and cut them in 1/4. This is just enough to assist on those off days when he just won't work. It only takes 15-20 minutes to kick in for me. Cialis is also pretty safe from what I hear.

Before I started PE, I had a minor EQ issue. It is completely resolved now and I do a fairly intense routine, I agree with DLD's assessment that strengthening your PC muscle will help with this. My EQ is super high now, hard like a rock bro.

Great link! Kegels are one of the most important parts of PE. Men need to realize that as the penis grows in size it needs more blood to become erect. If a man grows in size but does not train his pelvic floor muscles he will eventually have issues with getting fully erect. Some men, in the beginning, forego Kegels and after a few month they realize they have not grown or made little gains. It is the combination of Kegels and PE that brings the fastest enlargement.

At 44, and doing high-volume routines, you might have additional issues which are pretty easy to test for.

--- You're drawing a coincide-ance/causality between the drop in EQ and your increase in intensity. It might not be anything more than that. You could take a seven to ten day break from PE .. still doing massage or heat or oils if you do those, but all lightly. Time-off for a full 'supercompensation' healing can be good occasionally anyways. If, after the time-off, the EQ issues seem better, there ya go .. just take a break once in a while.

There are two different complex erection mechanisms going on in a full tumescence of the erectile tissue. Through manual or erotic stimulation, the penal sphincter relaxes to allow a greater influx of blood... but that blood can still just run back out. This, by itself, will only get you a chubby. The second process has to work too. That's the production/release of nitric oxide from epithelial/endothelial cells within the corpus cavernosum. That diffuses into the smooth muscle cells lining the arteries, relaxing the vascular/trabecular smooth muscle and allows them to become fully engorged with blood, and THAT compresses the veins that drain blood back out... keeping blood filling in faster [at a higher pressure/rate] than it can drain back out.

If the epithelium etc cells are damaged, or their chemistry (neurokinins, VIP, PHydromax, etc) is interfered with by byproducts of the healing process ... they can't work right, so they can't expand right to trap the blood properly until they heal some.

If there's damage to the penile tissues, or impingement or damage to the lower spine, then the penis might not erect, ... or it might erect at first during foreplay or early sex but then give out and stop working.

Also, since this is a system, if you're not really emotionally 'into' the chick - or if mentally you're distracted or stressed out, this will also lower the innervation energy level.

--- Do you get enough sleep? Every hour of sleep less than 8 is supposed to cause a 20% drop in Testosterone. When someone is 24, that's not a big deal. At 44 it might be.

After a week or so, all of that should make you feel [and function] like 17 again .. :cool:

And if you still wanted to get into Test boosters (almost redundant by that point) check out -things- like Test HD by MuscleTech at Bodybuilding.com! - Lowest prices on Test HD! , not it specifically, but it's a good demonstration of the right current ingredients in the right-ish proportions, so anything -like- it. First I want to apologize for not responding back sooner been busy and dealing with this winter weather. Anyway I want to thank everyone for their suggestions on my problem. I will definitely take all the advice given. I have been doing kegals and even took a few days off (mainly because of a water blister that popped up on my glans) I'm back at it again and still doing my kegals. I did notice that on those days I wasn't doing anything my erection seemed to be harder and lasted longer so I believe I had just wore the little guy out. I rarely take days off cause I feel so guilty about not doing my routine but I guess I need to rest it more. I have every intention of taking days off for rest but the guilt gets the best of me and I up doing something anyway. So again thanks for the help. I have another little victory that I will share in another post but things are looking up from my routine.

I am glad you are taking the advice. Know that there will be times where fatigue may be too great for you to train and taking a day off is a smart move. Never feel guilty about this, see it as part of your routine.
