Hi MOS

Lately i've taken my PE commitment to a new level, throughout all of 2016 so far. since feb 1st, i been doing this routine:

Length Day:
- warm up
- 1 X Expressive stretches(all angles), 1 minutes each stretch.
- 1 X Bundled stretches left and right, 1 minute each
- 1 X Expressive stretches(all angles), 1 minutes each
- 1 X Bundled stretches left and right, 1 minute each
- 1 X Expressive stretches(all angles), 1 minutes each
- 1 X Bundled stretches left and right, 1 minute each
- warmdown
This is approx a total of 40 minutes ussually. It depends because i sometimes lose count of time when stretching.

Girth day:
- warm up
- 4 minutes jelqing, 2 second strokes
- 1 X Horse 440's, 20 reps.
4 minutes jelqing, 2 second strokes
- 1 X Horse 440's, 20 reps.
4 minutes jelqing, 2 second strokes
- 1 X Horse 440's, 20 reps.
- warmdown

this one is around 20 minutes.

SO HERE'S THE THING: Gains so far has been zero(3 months, 2 months with this routine). Litterally zero, nothing. Even though i've been doing an average of 5.5 days a week of PE with this.
Now this is not a frustrated cry for help, but more of a professional word of advice(s)? Im not really sure what exactly to do from here, but aint gonna stop because i know its working(This forum's wouldn't be here if it didn't).

The things i do know is that i can do this routine for 12 days straight, switching between Lenght/Girth everyday, WITHOUT getting a fatigue or lowEQ. I know this because i've done it.
So i know that i need to step up a level to gain. But i just do not know what could work. I've tried many manual works so far. But to be honest i've only done jelqing, bundled stretches, expressive stretches, SSJ's og Blue Whale's consistently and they have so far not worked.

So any help/advice? should i start a new routine? or maybe adding to this one? or go 'device mode'?

Thanks for your patience

Have you read through the SRT-thread?
Do you already have PE-experience/made gains in the past?

Maybe you need more intensity, like LM can give you.

Sorry i did not make that clear. I've been doing PE on an off for 3 years now, but never really managed to go for more than 2-3 months at a time sadly. No gains in the past and no gains now.
I have read the SRT thread and i tried i once but without the equipment, but that did not work. Im thinking about going back to SRT but this time bring in the BM and Phallosan for ADS + healing in stretched state... Do you think that might be a better choice of routine than the current?

And what did you use throughout your PE ? because you have done serious progress man

Did you follow SRT?

What is most important is picking a routine and sticking with it long enough to see gains. SRT is an excellent routine and you do have the tools to go full out SRT. You will make your best gains with SRT but if you don't work it it won't work! Good luck my Brother!

Thanks boss! :) But picture this: If i manage to get the SRP routine going, and I do it with the BM, ADS and everything there is to it.
For how long should I do it, IF I do not gain from it? in other words, if I do it in 3 months and nothing is gained, should I then continue or adjust?
This question is not because in impatient, its simply just to know EXACTLY how to tackle these 'plateau' problems because that's really my deal-breaker.

Thanks DLD you're a king for helping out

This will not happen, anyone who has started and stuck with SRT has gained. If there did come a time when gains slowed or stalled you could simply increase intensity. No man can use the full intensity of a LengthMaster so there is always room to increase intensity there. The 5x5x3 can be increased to twice a day. The basic stretches could be doubled up, etc. SRT was built to utilize every last detail of working PE into one routine. 14 years of knowledge in one thread!

It should also be said that SRT can reduced also for those who have problems with too much intensity.

If i was you i would buy an extender and try wear it for like 6-8 hours a day for a full month and see if something happens at all down there.
Could be that your penis is really conditioned and can handle more than you think. Therefore you should try wearing an extender for many hours every day.
This will give you more intensity/training than you have ever tryed before.

Also when you do your stretches maybe you stretch too hard or too loose. Everyone is different.

What kind of warmup are you doing man? You need a good warmup to make your penis relaxed and ready for the exercises.
What has worked for me really good regarding gains (girth) is Edging with ULIS mixed in. Make yourself to the point where you are about to cum (where your penis starts to expand naturally and pulsate)
But the goal is not to cum, use "keegels" to keep yourself from cumming. In this state you can also put an ULI in to keep that naturally expanded size. Do this EVERYTIME as a warm down after your workouts.

Good luck.

Some good advice, I hope it helps.

Is the eXtreme more powerful than the X30 or X40 with the wine-vac mod?
And does the comfort sleeve of the eXtreme fit in the X30/X40?

I have heard it both ways, some like the hand pump more than the Wine-Vac while others prefer the Wine-Vac. There is a pretty big difference in money between the X-treme and regular so if money is an issue I would go with the BathMate and a Wine-Vac.

But doesn't the Xtreme come with a lot of extras?
I haven't compared the two yet, so I don't know if it justifies the price

Every BathMate comes with the same extras. The X-Treme BathMate is the best way to go but it is more expensive than if you did the Wine-Vac modification. I am not handy and I can not do the Wine-vac so the Extreme is best for me but the X40 just is not long enough tube for me so I am stuck with the Goliath. I may try the wine-vac mod again or maybe get my Son to help me. Anyway, whichever way you go it will be very intense.

So they all come with this:
Carry case, security lock, measuring gauge, cleaning sponge, lube and shower strap?
