I have wondered something, I don't if this would help length gains or not but this i something i was kinda thinking about, Is there a way to isolate the ligs alone for an exercise? like stretching your penis then isolate the lig alone and sqeeze the lig or whatever you can do with your fingers to put it in strain so that it might stretch out more and wear down so that it has to repair it self making it longer? I hope i explained this good enough.

The best way is to do straight down stretches , that is to isolate the ligs. Do a regular straight down stretch , then with your free hand, grip around your hand that is doing the stretch and push with both hands, this will intensify the lig stretch .
