Ligs: Soreness and capability of stretching?

Hey guys,

For the past couple weeks, my ligs have been sore like never before. Not painful though. The best way to explain it is that when I Kegal, I then feel the soreness in my ligs. It must be a combination of the DLD Blasters and standard manual stretches that I'm doing. Anyway, now onto my two questions...

1) I take it that this is a good sign that ligs are sore because they are being stretched. However, should further lig stretching be avoided until the soreness subsides and let them 'heal' or should I keep on truckin'?

2) What is the cabability of lig stretching for length ? What I mean by this, is how much will the ligs actually be able to stretch over the lifetime of one's Penis Enlargement career (however long that ends up being)? An inch or two or can the ligs physically stretch > 2 inches and be cemented?

This is a widely debated topic. Some feel that there is a limited amount of lig potential before one must concentrate on TUNICA stretching . Others believe the LIGS will stretch to a certain point, heal and become stretchable in the future. Most of my gains in length are from LIG stretching and this has been 5+" to date. I think a routine that touches on both LIG and TUNICA work is best.
