During my exercise I be wanting to go all out but it's a piece of me that be nervous about doing it, I know that ligament is strong but I don't how strong it is to be taking a lot of tension from the length work, do anyone how much force to put on it because I really want to go all out and make gains but I scared of damaging my penis?
 
It's very easy, listen to your body.
 
i was reading a post of a newbie , he said i will be following red zulu routine. Please read that its very good. In that way your penis will get conditioned and over the period of time you can do more excercise on your penis.
 
The ligaments are extremely strong and in all my time (14 years) I have never seen a serious injury concerning the ligaments. They are extremely strong and no one should worry on going to intense but LengthMaster users and those who hang as great intensity is present with the LengthMaster. Hand stretches will never have enough strength to damage the ligaments. There are men who go full out with the LengthMaster than have never had an injury so food for thought.
