Ligament question, eh!!!

I've been doing a pretty vigorous stretching workout, including one that is a bit strange I believe.
After doing DLD's phase one stretching , I grip the meatpipe behind the head, while stretching down, I crouch dow low, with my feet apart and my still-shrinking arse about 10" off the ground. I find tightening the ligaments in my legs makes an even better stretch on the tube ligaments, especially one on top. Looking down at your dick with an erection, the top part at the pelvic bone is in the 12 o'clock position, this ligament is roughly in the 10 o'clock position. When doing the "crouching anus, stretching penis" the ligament is by far the most restrictive ligament, even sticks right out from the pelvic bone and shaft under full tension, depending on which way I tug the growing beast.

I'm curious, anyone else find this ligament react this way, should I be careful with this one, am I correct in thinking it is a ligament?
I don't notice the ligament any worse than the rest (if there is more for all I know) when doing stand up stretches .
I want to keep doing this one since I can really get it burning with little effort so I know it's stretching quite easily.

After today, I got close to a 7 7/8" flacid stretch , and close to a 7 1/8-1/4" bone-press hard on. Girth is coming slowly, getting harder to touch the thumb and finger around the mid girth, heheh!!!!
Will definitely work on base girth, starting to bet the "Louisville Slugger" effect.

Enough of my rambling, any info on the ligament in question, if it is indeed a ligament, thanks for the info.

I grip the meatpipe behind the head, while stretching down, in a 6 o'clock, I crouch down low, with my feet apart approx 2 1/2ft, and my arse about 10" off the ground, with my dick pointing straight down almost touching the ground. I find tightening the ligaments in my legs makes an even better stretch on the penis ligaments, especially one on top. Looking down at your dick with an erection, the top part at the pelvic bone is in the 12 o'clock position, this ligament is roughly in the 10-11 o'clock position. When doing the "crouching anus, stretching penis" the ligament is by far the most restrictive ligament, even sticks right out from the pelvic bone and shaft under full tension, depending on which way I tug the growing beast. When crouching and I stretch down to the right, the "ligament" is clearly visible, and it doesn't take much to get that "full pressure stretch " feeling.

I'm curious if what I'm seeing is an actual ligament, want to make sure so I'm not stretching something I shouldn't be.
