Yeah, I doubt the occasional lig pop is damaging. Even if there is partial separation, there should be time to heal, although complete separation would mean going under the knife.

Is it true dld that YOU get burns sometimes and they ain't bad?

Lig pops never caused me any burning, just a moment of "What the fuck was that?" and then I calm down.

Nah man at the end of OP it says you've had ligament "burns". Just askin cuz I think I just had one on the base of my tunica, lower right side. It felt like a second long "tearing" followed by radiating heat. No adverse effects after, but I really pissed myself.

Was upward stretching really strong really sore.

Were you doing it @ an angle? That skin near that area can only come out so far before there is an intense burn.

Always heard that there were correlations to these and gains afterwards.

Was just wondering as there is also a lot of muscle pull in that area. Especially if there was an angle to it.

Mainly hear of it happening from SD stretches and some people developing a different erection angle as a result.
 
Muscle pull? Ohh u mean if i pull my ligaments far enough, then i could have a lower angle. Cuz what muscle could i pull my PC?
 
It's weird that I haven't had lig pops in years, even though I've never stayed consistent. The only time I got them is when I first started, which is also when I actually made a little bit of gains.
 
I think I am actually going through one of these "burners" currently... Either that or a pulled or strained a ligament.
I got my LM last week (need I say more). I got a little overzealous and was using it 2 times per day, once in the morning and once in the evening for about 20-25 minutes and then would do 10 - 15 minute hang session with it.
I take Ambien for sleep, so I didn't notice anything while I was affected by Ambien, but in the middle of the night the left side hurt (almost dead center)
This morning I examined it, and nothing looks physically wrong, but when I move it feels like someone is taking an ice pick to my penis.
I alternated heat and cold all day today and didn't do any stretching or girth work. It's a real bummer for me to take a day off....

But yeah... it's painful

Sounds like a pulled or strained ligament. This should clear up quickly for you, maybe 48 hours. When you go back to the LengthMaster try to make the sets progressive, starting out light and working your way up to maximum intensity. The LengthMaster is a very powerful tool and going too hard too quickly may cause ligament strain.

Thanks DLD it is what I was thinking of too. I gave it two days off and started with the progressive stretching sets with the LM. I still get occasional pain but nothing like before. I have also started spending a lot of time on the heating pad which seems to be helping a little, but if not... it still feels fantastic.

The LM is a beast! It's also an exciting tool and restraint does need to be shown.

Nothing beats the heating pad, it keeps me thick and long all the whole time I am using it. I think it is the best way to heal.

Indeed it is, the LengthMaster is the most powerful length tool made.

If you do some of the hardcore stretches w/ the BM. Then you could get one I'm sure.
It could be a bit different since you're pulling out @ the same time.
 
I had a BM session n grabbed my penis pulled it down n i heard an amazing pop sound :) definitely allowed me to understand that finding the right strength can help out a lot..:)
