Flaccid and/or Flaccid Stretched gains usually manifest themselves before erect gains do. I am always behind my flaccid stretched measurement with my erect measurement by up to as much as an inch. Erect gains take a bit longer than flaccid but it soulds like you are on the right track. How long have you been training?Originally posted by goin4length
Hey everybody I'm back with another question. I've concentrated my stretch routine more on my ligs lately and my flacid hang is getting noticably longer, but I haven't noticed length when I'm erect. Are lig gains seen mostly in flacid length gains or will they make your erection longer too?
