Hey everybody I'm back with another question. I've concentrated my stretch routine more on my ligs lately and my flacid hang is getting noticably longer, but I haven't noticed length when I'm erect. Are lig gains seen mostly in flacid length gains or will they make your erection longer too?

Flaccid and/or Flaccid Stretched gains usually manifest themselves before erect gains do. I am always behind my flaccid stretched measurement with my erect measurement by up to as much as an inch. Erect gains take a bit longer than flaccid but it soulds like you are on the right track. How long have you been training?

Talking of this i was thinking of starting a Flaccid thread but seeing as someone else already did then ill post it in here.
Basically i used to have a major problem with stretching , it always ended up pulling my skin rather than the ligs.
Well i used to try and get round this by using Tissue as an extra grip but found this to be inefficient.
What i do is this:
When im flaccid i kegal lots of blood into my shaft so it looks fuller.
then i grab behind the head of the penis (when flaccid still)
so there is lots of blood built up behind the head.
Then, as i grab firmly it feels as though im gripping onto lots of underlying tissue rather than skin and this gives my ligs a great stretch .
So when im gripping behind the head, its as if im using this Trapped blood behind the head as a' holding onto point' if you will.
I found this to be great stretch for hitting the ligs rather than just pulling the skin.
Tell me what you guys think.

thanks for the responses guys. Pe has been constantly changing for me first I joined massivemember which I thought would help but did absolutly nothing for me, I did there exercises for about a month and a half. Then I joined penis-health.com which I have been a member of for 2 months, this site is much better and without it I would have never found this forum, which by the way has helped me the most. So I've been pe'ing for about 3 1/2 months but I'd say only about 2 or so months have actually been effective. Things are def. getting better as I now have a set routine. Thanks for all the help guys.
