I posted this in your other thread then say you made this thread so I copy and pasted it from there.
I have used both the
Lengthmaster and the LGhanger. Both are very good tools. I got up to 27 lbs with the
LM. I am currently up to 10 lbs with the lghanger. I had gotten up to 13 lbs with the VacHanger3 before starting the LGhanger. So far the LGhanger is giving me as good of a stretch and fatigue at 10 lbs as the VH3 did at 13 lbs.
The great thing about the
lengthmaster is being able to perform manual stretches with it as well. You can perform stretches with the lg too but I feel the
lengthmaster does a better job of this. The handlebars make for great leverage. The
lengthmaster is the way to go for bundled stretches for sure when it comes to comparing these tools. It also works great hanging. Your time limit is 15-20 minutes depending on how much weight you are doing and general individuality when it comes to comfort and response to the decreased circulation that results for a compression style hanger. There are many ways to wrap for this tool. Finding what works best for you us key to proper comfortable use.
What I like most about the Lghanger (and VH3) is how long I can keep it on and the great comfort I've experienced so far. I keep it on for 60 minute sessions, give or take a few mins. I have gone up to 70 minutes with no ill effect (was on the phone so didn't see my stopwatch was past 60) but don't recommend just b/c it's better to remove and reapply to be safe. I currently begin with 5 lbs. Then over the course of the hour go up to 10 lbs, doing 10 lbs the last 20-25 minutes.
I use water when using a vacuum hanger. Water provides great compressive forces against the glans as you increase the weight you're hanging. This is different from water pumps that suck the water out through a port leading to tissue expansion. Since a PE vacuum chamber is closed and sealed when you hang weight thus increasing hg pressure in the chamber the water doesn't escape through a port and it provides that compressive force back on the glans. This leads to a prevention of blood blisters. I experienced blood blisters when trying to use the VH3 with traditional methods such a 3M microfoam tape or tender tape. Some men report being able to hang 16+ lbs with those methods but I could not myself. Using water I get a nice swelling of the glans that goes away after 5-10 mins once it take off the LG. I don't know if this will lead to increased size of my glans but if so, great.
Negative effects have been reported with both tools. All of these can be avoided with proper use such as wrapping, skin care, and taking your time. To many men try to add weight to quickly. The majority of threads don't report these negative effects b/c most men find what works best for them.
Lengthmaster - skin tearing to varying degrees, just small cuts. Dry skin at attachment site. Fluid build up around glans and/or foreskin. Small blood blisters to glans. Numbness/coldness to glans. Decreased EQ. Pain when trying to increase weight. All easily avoidable and shouldn't deter anyone from purchasing a
lengthmaster.
Lghanger/VH3 - Discoloration. Blood blisters. Fluid build up. Decreased EQ. Urethral bleeding. The only time I have seen urethral bleeding was from Kingsnake here at
MOS. I believe he said he was doing 20 lbs. I don't know how he wrapped or how long he wore it for or how long it took him to build up to 20 lbs. To me that just means he needs to take it back a notch and reevaluate. Maybe he needs to improve his wrap or he went to heavy to soon. Urethral bleeding has been reported with water pumps and nobody is running away from them. You just tell them to take a short break and then build up slowly.
Uncircumcised men tend to have more trouble using these tools. Well they tend to have more trouble using any PE tools.
Whichever you decide on both are very good choices. Gains will be able to be achieved either way. That will be determined more by your consistency rather then which tool you choose.
I do not know if I will be able to hang heavy with the LGhanger yet. I am hopeful I will be able to but I will be progressing slowly to avoid negative effects and to maximize gains. Hanging 10 lbs with the lg though feels like hanging close to 20 lbs with compression style hangers from my experience. The stretch I get through my shaft into the internal penis feels great. I think a big part of this is due to being able to wear it for 60 minutes straight. I will take it off for 10 minutes minimum and then reapply it for another hour.
Also remember everything we read about results is anecdotal. You never know who is honest and who is not. That is one of the reason why I have made video and will continue to. I have made videos showing myself using the
lengthmaster with resistant bands and hanging heavy weights. If you haven't seen them you can search for them in the
LM forum or find my video library by googling my name.
I will have videos up for the LG showing how I use water to hang and for the VH3. Possibly before Christmas but if not they will be up in January for sure. In January I'll aslo be making a video of me hanging whatever weight I am up to at the time. Or maybe it will be a video saying I tried X lbs and got blood blisters. I hope not but I will be sharing my experience as I continue to use the LG.
I recommend the LGhanger myself. but again, I do not know yet how heavy I will be able to hang and don't suspect to know that for months. Some men get turned off to vacuum hangers b/c, "what if I can't hang heavy?" It's important to note that so few men report actually hanging heavy with any tools let alone show any proof of it. Most men don't stick with a PE routine to get to heavy weights. PE is a long road no suited for most.
Take your time reading up on these tools that way you can make your own educated decision. It's possible you'll come across a few haters depending what forums your on. They'll whatever tool you like that they don't. Just like religion or politics these people latch onto one idea far to heavily.
Check out this thread from longstretch here at
MOS. I just found it earlier today while doing some hanging google searching and reading. He shares a lot of great info and pics.

If you go to the
lengthmaster forum you can find positive threads there as I'm sure you already know.
If you have any further questions just ask
And oh yeah. Over the years I have made it to 7". I found PE about 9 years ago. Always did it sporadically. I started around 6-6.5". I don't know exactly. Just started using vacuum hangers consistently so no gains to report yet. Longstretch reports making gains in that thread but does not provide any conclusive proof.
