Im trying to put together a stretching routine....which hits every part of the penis, reason i want to make that happens is, if the penis is completely hit from every area its got to heal and got to grow. Make sense right??? ?:(

ive got a PA and a good grip in my hands so i think im ready... was looking at the lenght master but sticking for the time being with those two unless the lenght master can do both in one hit?

exercises are
basic stretching
manago stretch
dlb blasters
blue whale stretch

want to do 30min routine then will later do clamping for 30mins so be interesting to see what you guys think and any advice on really adding some inches!! and how to break down the penis......
 
Advice I give every new guy on here is this: Dig deep into the archives of MOS. There's a ton of great info on here. Do your own experimenting and documenting of your results based on your research. Keep what works for you and discard the rest. Asking someone else to desigh your routines and exercises for you is just laziness...and Penis Enlargement is definitely not for the lazy.

thank for the advice, not being lazy with this or trying to not look around believe me ive looked and also tried the different routines,

this thread i think is more of a complete here you go style the name at the top said it all so if anyone want to check it out then it here, not 6 pages down then on a link on the 40th answer. then logging of and wondering where that gone page gone once logged back on.
 
Power Assist and LenghMaster stretching is incredibly intense, I like your workout and I think you will see great gains.
 
A good routine. It is almost the same like mine and I use extender. You should use an extender as well. Combining this two will see gains faster in length.

I hear that Clamping will slow down length gain. Not sure thou...
