Ive been peing on and off now for almost two years. When i first started i had good progression. Me being a dumb ass and thinking more is better began, Jelging for long time and adding needless exercises to my program.. When i started doing this this is when i noticed that my erection quality as well as size seemed to be going down. I quit for a while to clear my head. I started back up again and did almost the same routine, the outcome was the same weak and disapointed, therefore again i quit. I this time will convert back to my old program which was 5min jelg, 3min(tops) stretching, and about 1 to 2 min constinent girth work (Horse's, or horizontal movement (Got this off penis health site).

Penis Enlargement is different in my opinion than weightlifting. I dont think its good to tear the tissues of the penis like u do when weightlifting, and don't think thats what really occurs in pe as in weightlifting. I belive the whole purpose of pe is to expand the chambers and stretch out the tissue and expand the cells allowing more blood to be held in the penis, 50 pc flexes after working out or incorporated in will pump up the dick and push that extra blood in.. I know alout of people do long work, but it didn't work for me. This is just my opinion on the issue and the people making gains off of long workout than keep doin whats workin!! LMAO
 
that's a very good point, i could see where your coming from. however...the penis does need to tear some what becuse you need to really push the cells to expand, if they tear then they have to heal and expand, which DOES make them bigger you are right. if you don't feel comfortable tearing the tissue then don't do it that much, just push it till you feel a bit of pain then stop. that's just my input though.
 
this always made me wonder between ligs and the tissue expansion in the penis...I guess working them both is a sure way of enlargement.
 
Speaking of that, its been two weeks for me and I want to add needling and Ulis, should I wait, I already did a day of it and my penis is sore so i figured that was a good sign.... also moving up on my kegels... I started out doing DLDs newbie routine and now I want to change it to 350 jelqs, 45 minutes of stretching and 3 ulis with needling after each, is it too much?

In my sig it says I started yesterday but I was doing DLD's NR as a warmup before I started...

Yeah i guess u would in a way be tearing the cells on the innerside of the chambers, i guess my issue is tearing the tissue right below the skin on the outerside of the penis. I really don't know why but it seems tearing this tissue will create harder stiffer scar tissue. Thanks for reply

Why would u really need 45 min of stretching??? Id at most stick to at tops 200 jelgs. Uli's and needling ive heard are good for girth. In my opinion if ur gonna add something like needling, horse's, etc not as many jelgs are necessary, warm up good still though. Like i said i think less is better for me try what u want but remember u only got one dick, down the road when ur slappin your dick and it wont get hard and kicken yourself in the ass cuz ur biatch wants the dick but it aint workin, u might of overworked it. Trust me ive been there... <:( <:( <:(
 
Thing is in the past Ive done 300 jelqs and I was fine, and 25 minutes is fine for me too... but only if i do PC exercises with them...I did the exersise i just posted yesterday and my dick is a little sore but i can still feel it, unless it would mess my erection up over time?

I used to have that problem... I just dont do it as intensely now and it works out well

Cool :cool: Like i said it just depends on the person u know. When i used to do 200 jelgs about when i got to 100 my dick started to feel real weird and i would loose the pump and it would seem like it was just overworkin it. I didn't realize u were just uping 50 jelgs, i would say if ur gonna add girth exercises just take it easy really.

Good point, however, I'm currently doing an hour of jelqing 5 days a week. I've probably been doing this for a month or so, and after I'm done, my penis really feels worked and fatigued liked Nothing I experienced before.
 
Cool Iam glad u guys responded so well to my thread.. Like i said iam more for the less of it, i enjoy being able to have sex on demand drunk, tired, etc and be able to do it more than once. Wake up with a hard bonner, and star hard as hell after sex.. These are all the advantages i see when i workout for minimal times.. I guess iam not dissatisfied with my size 6.5 erect 5.5 girth enough to sacrifice sex all the time for a bigger dick in a year. I started the program at 5.75 hard so i have made gains it just takes time. I bet your dick is really worked after an hour of jelgin never tried it but if it works for ya great, can u still keep a good bonner????

I think it depends on the person, for example someone like REDZULU who has conditioned and abused his dick for years would probably need a little something extra in his Penis Enlargement workouts. I tend to agree with you, if I do too much too fast then my dick just wants to relax cause it's wore out. Currently, I'm doing about 30 minutes of jelqing and that's pretty much all the Penis Enlargement I do in a day.

I stretch for 40 minutes (manual) followed by at least 1 hour of clamping. I keep this routine 5-6 days a week. Every once in awhile my erections get a little weak but I just take two days off the clamp then presto:return of the strong erection. For me personally, I feel anything under 30 minutes, length or girth work, and you're not making progress. Just my opinion, so please don't anybody get your panties in a wad over it.

So far it's working great for me. I really do think this is the key to making gains. And yes, I still get a hard-on just like I did before.
 
Always remember though, quality > quantity. If your workout is really intense, it'll work great. I mean for me, when I didn't have too much time to Penis Enlargement (I haven't been able to really Penis Enlargement more than 2x a week for the past month), I'd start with wet jelqs, every 10 doing a squeeze and a kegel-jelq duo, except when it is a twenty I'd make the kegel-jelq duo into a mini-slammer. It probably dries up after 20-25, making the jelqs dry jelqs. After 50 jelqs I put lotion on again and continue. I only do 100 in total, but in the process I do 10 squeezes, 90 jelqs, 5 mini slammers, and 5 kegel-jelq duos. It seems to do the job. Then I add 10-20 minutes of stretching.

Once I have time again, I'll up the girth and work on more advanced length.

One thing to make sure you stretch a bit is always doing a couple of stretches after taking a leak. Your penis gets a little warmed up after taking a piss because the tissues are obviously being used.

No offense taken here. This is exactly why I started this thread. When i read alout of posts about guys having erection problems i would take a look at their workout and it would consist of workin almost an hour long and heavy. I put two and two togather on why i was havin problems so i went back to a light work about two weeks ago and have had morning erections agian hard erections sex more than once a day. LMAO
 
perhaps there is a workload to break ratio? The longer you work the longer the break should be ect....
 
my erections are weak the day after every workout and i can tell that its not totally healed (turtle effect or soreness) is that normal??, should i take this day off, and do a slightly more intense every other day routine.... this is just from doing DLD's Newb Routine with 2 ulis and sometimes i stretch when i go to the bathroom and stuff... anyone know what i should do.... thanks

well just replied to this on your other post, you understand where iam comin from and that in my opinon why u have weak errections.. Really to start the most total you should be exercising is 7 to 10 minutes a day..
