Over a year since I last hanged and I can get 10 minutes and some calf raises in with my 45 pounder. I stand the weight up and do calf raises to raise the plate off the ground I got 2 lig pops and a great, dull stretch. Feels great. Gonna go for 6.5" length then on to 7. Gonna update my thread with my pics and current stats.

This looks kind of dangerous bro; how do you know one of those raises won't snap your shit up. I'd just do a constant tension, but I guess you prefer the "shock" approach. Good luck bro train safe :blush:
 
No worry. It's a shock session but I'll hold for a few seconds at most. I couldn't find my 20lb kettle bell so this has to do. I just do a calf raise and barely raises the plate. Benefits of being short I guess. I've done this enough to know not to be stupid. I've got one dick. Don't wanna make it useless.

Loving this! You got to get up to 60 pounds to beat my record!:) 45 pounds is going to bring some serious size!
 
I can hold the whole plate for a few seconds and then I let it down slowly. Gonna be a long time before I can hold it for more than 20 minutes let alone 60. That's frickin God level. I'm gonna try and see what gains I get while trying. I'm going for 6.5 then to 7. I want a demigod level, I'll leave the throne to you haha.

I started as most did with 2 pounds than to 5 and up from there to 60 pounds at the end of my hanging. It really did not feel that intense to be honest, I got very used to it. This was many years ago.
 
It took a few months to get to 20 but I stopped as life got in the way. I'm glad I can still hold 20 for 20 minutes though. I'm gonna try To make that 45 stay for 20 minutes without touching the floor. In due time though.
 
I just use it to hang for now with a few over the leg stretches when I'm done.

The phase 1 routine using the length master is where you should start for 3 months and then re-evaluate if no gains are made. I'll be starting that as soon as I can stay awake in the morning. So much easier to go back to sleep lol.

Awesome! I think you should able in some bundles using your LengthMaster, these are great to pre-stretch the Tunica before training.
 
Yeah. I do __________ stretches as my bundle warm up throughout the day whenever I can. That's my go to move for tunica stretches and to pull some inner Penis at the same time. I'll have a morning and night routine soon. Just need to wake up ugh

I had a vanilla shake their once, pretty damn good. Never been there since lol. Coffee doesn't do the trick anymore. Once I wake up, I'm up but if I wanna go back to sleep, my body just stays sluggish. It'll take time, but I'll be able to wake up earlier.
