The new video is awesome, it is his full workout x 7-10 sets. It is the exercises I am using too. I have named a couple to start a good exercise list.

DLD Bundled Twists
This exercise includes:
Up to Center
Up to Right
Up to Left

Straight Out to Center
Straight Out to Right
Straight Out to Left

Down to Center
Down to Right
Down to Left

Behind the Cheeks to Center
Behind the Cheek to Right
Behind the Cheek to Left

Explained: While attached to the Length Master twist handles 1-3 times (depending on comfort) and simply stretch in the direction of preference.

Rolled forward and Up
Rolled forward and Down
Rolled Backwards and Up
Rolled Backwards and Down

Is this the routine we should start with? Also as far as hanging wise what weights should we start with & for how long of a period should we hang? Also should we be including kegels in our routine as well.

Yes that is an incredible work out and will bring great gains for a while and as you gain keep very close watch because as things begin to slow you want to include other exercises to keep the games going. But for now the routine that you posted, I wrote that for anyone who’s beginning with a Lengthmaster . Be sure to keep up with your Kegels and the testicle health massage and stretch .

thank you, by stretch do you mean manual stretches or some type of ads ? Also do you recommend taking any supplements to help with bloodflow & recovery?

Yes and and I suggest you pick up our brand new SiliStretcher because it’s on sale right now and a low introductory price and it’s the best stretcher on the market right now. This will be your healing method to make your length gains permanent. As far as supplements go we’re coming out with a new pill soon and I will just wait for that. The deal with pills right now is most of them are illegal because of two ingredients they carry so we had to stop selling them. But we’ve been working on our own formula for a while now so hopefully will have something soon. But definitely get yourself that SiliStretcher !
