well finally i have the LM and i just opened it just checking the routines i have to follow using the BM and the LM along whit the manual exercises goinng to get massive in no time :)lol hope so
 
Bundled twist let me know if im getting it right, what a bundled twist is basically giving the penis a corkscrew effect? from there im supposed to stretch the same way than in the newbie stretchings..hope my question gets understood:)

mmm i start in a different way can this have a different effect on my results first i started BTC,from there i continue to straight down,but for the last two days i started stretching down...just curious LOL
 
Something i hadnot noticed was, while i was stretching i could see this prominent ""ligament"" on the pubic area when i was stretching down, was i pulling a pc muscle...what to expect can i get injured.....:p
 
No that's your suspensory ligament presenting itself. Its a great sign of progress, and unless you are too sore there you should continue riding that fatigue:p

Ok man i should continue then,i was thinking about the erect stretchings....:) i really need gains nowadays get to my goal n then continue..............

LM +ERECT stretches mm great combo but i only have time for the LM now im not that motivated these days

Just try to get in 5-10 minutes a day in erect stretching to help you convert that cock to an 8 inches damn it!

Ummm, for me it took around 6 months but I also lost some weight during this time, which added to the visual length I had. The gap for me was about an inch, I was able to reduce this to 1/4" Unfortunately all that work is now buried in my fat pad.

I will feel so good about myself once this weight is gone. It is a long haul this time but I guess that is what every normal person goes through when they diet. I am just so used to my mania kicking in and dropping 100 pounds in a month. Those days are gone for good.
