That is the biggest learning curve with the LengthMaster and it is the same with hanging and other exercises that are similar. You will find your way with practice, you know you have it right when there is no pain or pinching and you can go full out with intensity. If you are still feeling pinching or pain you have not mastered wrapping so keep at it to get it right.

Yeah. It may be hard to figure out, but it'll be worth it. That extra length just waiting for me...

This is true, there is nothing that will bring length faster than the LengthMaster, it is simple physics, stretching with two hands is much stronger than one, having a secure grip with no slippage, it all adds up to bigger gains.

The SRT Size Blaster Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
This is the all new exercise is the end all girth and length practice that will pack on inches of girth and length through it’s powerful one way compression. The main goal in SRT and gaining size is to not only stretch the size we currently have but to access inches of hidden penis found just below the pubic bone and all the length that goes to your rectum. In some men there is up to 10 inches of internal penis but how to claim this size has been difficult using hands only until now.


The SRT Size Blaster works on a mental level that if the internal penis was exposed we could use it. Keeping this in mind it is our first job to grip the extreme base of the solid, erect penis and dig our grip as far into the internal penis as possible. Once we have a good grip on the internal penis we use the other hand to pull and stretch all external penis out ward while the other hand continue to dig deep and deeper into the internal penis. This whole time we are push ing very hard into internal penis while pulling and stretching the penis being exposed. Eventually you will be have to masturbate the new, exposed penis whole the low hand continues to expose new, untapped penis. In time the internal structure will become real, useable, visible penis. As a matter of fact I diid not think there was anyway for me to make bigger gain than I have but this new exercise seems to be unlimited to all men to claim new penis.


Just like the Slow Squash Jelq we are not looking for any specific time limit, we are going for as long as we can and when we need rest we rest, regroup and start again. Imagining the penis inside of you coming out is a very tantalizing way of thinking and as it does become viable be sure to include it in the exercise.


I have noticed that I need to use some of my scrotal skin to become part of my shaft to keep gains coming quickly so I am sure to leave as much slack as possible and as I need more skin I can access it. This transference in skin will not only help guys with Turkey Neck but it will help you turn that skin into skin needed for the shaft. Remember, SRT is transposing and repositioning the body and this exercise certainly embodies that.

I like to use ���� as a catalyst for the work but I go with the most innocent martial as possible. As more and more of the internal penis comes forward you will be able to make longer jerks in motion as new penis will appear.

I like to spend about 45-60 minutes doing these to get the best results.

If followed like any other protocol in penis enlargement yes, its just that like anywhere else, not everyone posts the results they get, and allot quiet when they get past newbie gains.

Many people have made incredible gains using the Lengthmaster. You would need to go through the progress threads to see who is using it and how they’re using it but plenty of gains have been reported. What’s most important is when gains stop the Lengthmaster will help them go on forever since you have unlimited stretching power.

I have really tight ligs & it's always been hard to get any type of real length success that actually stays.

Just from having the length master for a few weeks & now that I'm starting to get into a consistent routine of doing my exercises 3-4 days a week & then giving myself 1-2 days off I'm seeing flaccid length increase & also erect length increase.

That's just from the past 10 days of use. You really have the ability to stretch beyond what your hands can do by themselves. It works & you'll notice change from every work out as long as you have a good one & don't half ass it.

Now after I do my routine I'm gonna start using my sili sleeve to let myself heal in a extended state & I know that will only help me increase my results faster.

I will also add that I've been hanging after my stretches for 20 mins with a 2.5lb weight for starters.

Which I think is helping sustain the stretch I'm getting during my workout.

Which leads to a question. How long should we hang & how many times should we hang after our stretching sessions?

After these hanging sessions the stretcher should be worn at a moderate to light stretch for as long as possible in order to take advantage of the elongated state that has been created through your work out. The same methodology will be written into all SRT routines, that’s how strongly I feel about this approach to fatigue and making length gains .

this is my latest creation using very solid methodology based on years of researching fatigue and the refractory period and how it affects the way we gain. Definitely check it out!
 
I just started this routine today. Do you think I will have a negative impact on length if I go straight into my penomet after my length exercises? Like instead of going into my Phallosan forte after my length workout and going straight into my penomet. Obviously, after the penomet go straight into the SiliSleeves and stay in an elongated state for as long as possible for SRT. Any thoughts? Thanks!
 
It will work in synergy, as it's a lower stress level, keeping the already elongated tissue further time in a stretching position albeit over extended time.

Can we get these stretches in a glossary form? I don't really know what they are. If i said to do the super size twisty pulley thing, I don't think others would know what I'm taking about...

Thank you dld for clearing that up. I was hoping you could help me with my routine? I bought the ads, but with my job I can't wear it because I'm constantly moving around. I do have a home aid hanger which is actually almost like the LM. I am doing the newby stretches, but I want to make sure I'm getting the most out of everything
