pretty sure my wrapping is spot (wrapping in center of shaft) on i watched alot of vids, but when doing stretches with LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging is it normal to feel extreme stretching of my pubic skin right where my shaft attaches, im guessing stretching the skin plays a part in stretching the ligaments right there as well

Yes that is normal and shows that you are hitting internal penis.

Yep, you stretch quite a bit of your skin. But do you feel more of the internal stretches over the stretching of the skin or the other way around?

There will always be loose skin, this means more room for your penis to grow. This happened to me back in the day and it always brought a bigger penis.
