been doing pe for about a week now, hope to see some length gains soon hopefully, was just wondering how much you guys gained off of the newbie routine and how long it took? and i was wondering if it is good to do more than one Penis Enlargement session per day if you want with out messing up growths or anything?

i would say in about three months you should see results. if you dont miss work outs

If you can hold off measuring for a month, and are very consistant in doing the length routine every day, you could see some sort of increase in a month.

Don't worry about instant gains. Measure every 6 weeks like I do. Length comes with time

Can i do length exercises more than once per day with out messing up gains or anything?

Most believe that you cannot overstretch in a day, so then doing two length workouts a day would not be detrimental.

It takes 6 hours in a streched state to illicit a physiologic adaptation. That doesn't mean you need to strech with 15 pounds but any amount of weight depending on the capacity of the tissue being streched. My point is you can never strech too much, but rather you could never strech enough. To avoid injury do not use heavy weights. Purchase an All Day Stretch device and apply 2-5 pounds of force in different directions from day to day or thoughout the day. Don't forget girth exercises like clamping which will assist in length gains as well.

Congratulations on starting the routine and completing your first week. During my time on the newbie routine I went from 6.5" to 8.5".

I have not ventured far from the newbie routine even now, after doing this for months, and I am still gaining. I plan to continue doing the newbie routine until I plateau, if that ever happens, then I will do more advanced exercises, or maybe try hanging.
