Hi,

Currently I am - 6 and a bit x 5 and a bit -. Right now I would like to focus on length to reach 8+(they say the sky is the limit, but I guess for us it is the ground). To members who have done this before what would you recommend. I hang as much as i can, when I have time and privacy. How much hanging should i do and how much girth work. I want to gain length right now, and girth later. How much jelquing if any should be done to maintain the girth I have right now? What else can be done to produce gains on top of hanging , any tips?

sorry i can not help you, but i am very similair thing right now. although I have a puny 4.75 girth, I'm looking for at least an inch in length before doing girth, dunno why, just lazy but i still want to get something done I'll repeat one thing he asked.... will you lose girth doing just length excersices

I don't think you'll lose any girth from doing length only, but I'd still jelq at least once or twice a week just for health. As far as the hanging , I can't help you.

I had a lot fo success(almost an inch in under 2 months) with doing short 2 second stretches and release. I think they are called the DLD blasters but I'm not sure. I'm going to start hanging in a few weeks once I get everything set up.

I find I can get more motivated working one goal at a time, and since length is recommended to be worked first, that is what I am doing. I can work harder on just length or just girth, and I am less happy with my length .

Hi Freddre....I was where you are about two years about. Actually, about 21 months, I started with just under 6 inches. Now, I am semi stretched 7 1/2. Have increased girth from 5 to over 6 inches. What have I done...stretching , hanging and bends. I have done jelqs daily, but very slow jelqs, I push that blood from the base into the head and hold it. When I say slow jelqs, I mean hard pressure, but slow 6 seconds or so. Because I slow Jelq, it don't do as many as others do. I have thus kept the balance between the length growth and the girth. I also jelq sideways. Jelqing like this: Right hand at the side and base, pull penis with the left hand from base to glans. Do not go over the glans, pull the blood into the glans, and hold it. This will increase your glans too. Push with the right hand, you have a blood vessel there that will clamp off the blood and keep it in the penis. Do this over and over and over. Then switch hands, base held with left hand etc. Then I do a lot of erect stretches . Erect hard jelqs and stretches done slow increase the blood capactity of the penis. This is so intense that you need to work up to it. Hard jelqing is so intense it swells the penis. It is awesome. Hope this helps. GS
