Hi guys ive been doing manual strechs mainly just pulling downwards and sideways im starting to feel the ligs are sore is this what its should be feeling. I stretch for 30 secs x2 everytime i go for a pee.
I thinki i had a pop this morning too, but i aint seen no gains.
Does this sound alright so far.

nah sorry kinda didnt make myself clear, i do 2 sessions a day of streching and about 20mins of jelqing and i also do clamping and i try to do Penis Enlargement as much as i can throughout the day. Im not just streching everytime i pee.
