At the moment I am doing a girth routine (Ulis, Sadsak Slinkys, Supra Slammers), along with some manual stretching. I want to gain girth mostly but wouldn't mind a little length. Would it be better to just just do say half an hour girth and do no stretching, or to do half an hour girth at the same intensity, and stretch as well?
