Length vs. Girth Routine

At the moment I am doing a girth routine (Ulis, Sadsak Slinkys, Supra Slammers), along with some manual stretching . I want to gain girth mostly but wouldn't mind a little length . Would it be better to just just do say half an hour girth and do no stretching , or to do half an hour girth at the same intensity, and stretch as well?

Well, I have dedicated my whole routine to girth as well, jelqing /uli/squeeze's, and the only stretching I have done is in the shower , along with my kegals, and I just recently got a .25 gain in length , kind of wierd considering my whole routine is for girth, but I love it! So maybe add jelqing into your routine, that kinda works for both length and girth.

It depends how much length you want, If your after quite abit of length then i would say you need to include some kind of stretching in your routine. If you want just another .25" or so i would say do quite a high amount of jelqs .

P.S what are these Sadsak Slinkys?

Keep stretching . If not, later on down the road when you DO want length you'll be kicking yourself for not doing it all this time.

The Slinky's are someone else's ripoff of DLD Bends.

Also, I am closing in on a .5" EL increase only doing girth work. Then again, I do so much girth work every day than stretching is out of the question physically and time-wise.

If you are interested, check out the Girth Attack thread in the Pic Proof section. It's getting up and running on the 8th - kind of a support group for guys getting to that magic 6" EG. Give it a read, and if you are interested say hi or something so we know you dropped by.

I agree with you on this one,

spend that extra 5-10 minutes to get in some good stretching , down the road you wont regret it.

Thanks guys, but I don't know if I really want much more length at all. I'd like to be 8 x 6, but I need 0.5 EG for that. I'm already 8 BPenis EnlargementL, and although I might like 8.25, I wouldn't wanna go further. I've been doing Penis Enlargement for a while, gained about 0.75 EL and lots of flaccid, but basically no girth.

I've read in your routine, that you do no jelqing , jelqing is for girth, you should add that into your routine. That is a foundation exercise, I think jelqing is one of the most important exercises, you shouldn't leave this one out :)
