Hey all
As said above i need some good length routine(girth is good). Until 2 weeks ago i was doing newbie strethces but i got some injury and i am on pause . I use x30 bathmate(3x3x5 with jelq ofc) and Phallosan as ADS(high green/low yellow) and ANS(very low green). When i heal a bit more i will start again newbie strethces but i must ask if there is something better :D

First warm up your penis with heat either in a hot shower or wrapping it up with a cloth soaked in warm water. Your penis/ligs have to be nice and loose before every session. Bundled Stretching is a must too after you've got yourbpenis warm and loose, try 2 minutes and 30 second each hand.

Yeah,i forgot to mention a warm up... Bundled stretching seems to be my first new exercise!

Don't worry about injuries for if you do your brain will process these thoughts and perhaps mistake it to be true. Instead just focus on your exercise/routine, and if something is uneasy with it then let us know :)
 
May I ask what the injury was and what your symptoms are? I'm sure people on here could help give some advice on that. I've been at this for about 4-5 months with the last 3 being pretty intense. I know that I've had a couple setbacks. I got a blister that kept me out of the game for a week from the phallosan being on too high of tension and I unitentionally fell asleep, but other than that just some soreness that I worked though.

Well i was stretching and jelqing a bit too hard i guess so i had some big red spots that were hurting if you touch them. I paused for 10 days maybe or more and then i started again but without stretching-for now. It seems that skin on the head of the penis and bellow is very very very sensitive -more then i expected,so i now put some cream every day just to heal/moisturise. How on earth could you fall a sleep with high tension with phallosan? I must put the tension on very low green just to fall asleep and i still wake up 3-4 times :/

Well there are good indicators of progression and bad ones. Those red spots have been signs of many potential upcoming gains because it shows you're actually working your penis. It's a good sign and it's optional if you want to rest.
An injury will be something that creates constant pain even without doing any exercises. Or if something seems very odd give us a picture to identify the problem and we can try and find out if its bad or not.

A blister may as well need your attention to heal for a few days. The soreness and burn (some describe the stretch feel different) sensation are normal and you can proceed with your exercises even if you feel this.

I don't know of many symptoms right now besides blisters if you go too hard. I've never really had a bad injury except a cut on my frenulum.

If the blister persists after 1 week let it heal. Tell us anymore odd things or things you want to discuss that you're worried about and we'll do our best to identify and give you advice.

I see you have looked at the SRT Routine as you are doing the 5x5x3. I suggest taking on the complete SRT routine. You have everything you need and your length will explode using this routine!

I was super tired that night and somehow just fell asleep, normally I wouldn't. I know what you mean though about the sensitivity in the beginning. It just takes working through it until you're properly conditioned. I still get some sensitivity after a good length routine and hours of good tension on the phallosan, but I've noticed that it definitely does down with time. For the most part as long as I get out of the phallosan for an hour before I start my girth work I'm good. That hour I still stay elongated and then I go into a cock ring after girth for an hour or two before back in the phallosan for sleep. I'm up to all but 2-3 hours per day either actively working or healing in an enlongated or enlarged state. I plan on cutting that time down too as I think I can cut out all but a little time out of the phallosan before girth work. I'm definitely noticing the gains too, I've gained just over 1/2" in bpsfl. So moral of the story is work through soreness and you will be properly conditioned, but any type of sharp pain may be a sign to lessen the intensity as you condition.

Good thing is that i have no problem for some time-just as i said i paused for maybe 10 days and it is ok . After this friday i will have a lot of free time so i can exercise in a longer periods- my last exam is in friday so i reduced this month bathmate and stretches,but i wear phallosan a lot which is good.

Blisters are a big ass bitch. They are so tempting to pop but this will cause terrible scarring (especially since we stretch our dicks, the scar would lengthen). When a blister occurs allow it to pop on it's own. You can use a hot compress to help along but allow your body to heal naturally. A Blister, dealt with safely, will keep you out of the game for about 10 days.

Luckily I've never had a blister :) I've only had 1 cut thats ever so fucking lasting because i keep rubbin one off and it gets worse every time i do it
