Length Routine

I was looking for feedback on a routine ive been doing. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I start out 10 minute warmup rice sock.
Then 20 minutes bundled 1 complete 360.
Straight up. Straight down.
Reversing bundled direction, every 5 minutes.

Remove LM. 5-10 minutes rest.

Then it is another 20 minutes bundled straight up and down.
Reversing bundled direction every 5 mins.

Remove LM. Rest.

Then 20 more minutes not bundled.
Straight up and down and straight out.

Warm down. Going into sg or Phallosan depending on what I got going on.

At night 5x5x3 with Bathmate.

How does this routine sound? And the next day its the same routine. But the bundles are left, straight out, right.

I love it my brother! I want to give you a little tip to that you’ll love, take your SG and your PF and combine them into the PhalloGenetics! This is a modification that we created and it makes the SG and PF very powerful. I would like to see you add in three other exercises, erect stretching for 10 minutes three times a week, Expressive stretching and the testicle Health massage and stretch every session. Outside of that this is a perfect routine

Thankyou so much for the reply. I do mix in expressive stretching. Unfortunately it skips my mind sometimes. But as far as erect stretching. I was wondering about something. What I've been doing is locking in to the sg. Then I'll compress the springs and release to even out the resistance. Screw the rods to their max settings. Then I'll throw on ����. And I'll get hard in the sg. Granted it isn't the most comfortable thing to do. I pack the screws. But ill do that and chill for about 10 minutes. What are your thoughts Mike? Thanks again.

My thoughts are you’re kicking ass and being creative. And I’m glad to hear that you’re throwing these things into the mix because that makes it a lot more fun than having to do it. Keep your head up and keep on striving my brother

Thanks man. I really appreciate it. I also appreciate the knowledge and patience. I'll keep stretching till I hit stomachs. Lol.

Well. My schedule got threw off. Kids were off school all last week. So I couldn't do my routine. And today I had to get new tires. So I could only do 1 set of bundles for 20 minutes. But on the positive side, I hit 7inches in the X30 tnite.

20 minutes of bundled stretching is a very good length workout! You should not feel bad about that at all. And a huge congratulations on your growth, that’s a very inspiring thing to here today. Ride this wave of success in to the next gain.
