I wanted to get some opinions on what the best general solution is for slowing length gains. If you had to pick one, would you choose the same routine with more intense stretching or increase the frequency of your workouts?

Why only one? Choose both and you will gain :).
For the beginning I would say intensity is more important, as you can make really good gains by only working like 30 minutes per day on your length. But as soon as you hit a plateau you will have to work so much more as the tissues get used to the intensity and therefor need to be constantly put under tension. If you look at DLD's old routine (I found it somewhere at �other forum�) you will notice that he basically did Penis Enlargement throughout the whole day, which is also a very important aspect. I always thought it would be better to distribute the workout throughout the day because you can concentrate better on the exercises separately and consequently apply more intensity. Then again, if you plan to gain a lot - like more than 2" or so - and you don't have the time to actively do Penis Enlargement the whole day like DLD or Bib did, I would suggest you to invest a little bit money in an extender. I haven't tried it yet, but from what I've read it's a foolproof and effortless method to increase length. On the other hand, if you prefer hanging I'm sure you won't be disappointed either, it just takes some time to get comfortable with hanging as there is much more force applied on one spot than in an ADS. The risk of injury is therefor also a bit higher, but if you do everything like described by the manufacturers nothing can actually go wrong. Remember that Penis Enlargement is all about knowledge, even if the principles are simple. Just read, decide and take action :).

I think it's frequency that has me stuck. I Penis Enlargement discreetly which makes my opportunities erratic. I feel fortunate to have gotten to 7.25" NBPenis EnlargementL, but my goal is the magic 8"X6". Any suggestions for those who may be limited due to the need for discreetness (i.e. have to rely more on intensity than frequency?). I thought SizeGenetics may make sense, but between getting to my house discreetly, concerns over wrapping, numbness etc. and the BIG concern that its seen under my pants etc., it seems like a tough choice.
 
Involve the DLD footlong stretch in your routine. It is so intense that you can't even do it in a high frequency because your ligaments will be screaming. The antagonist for tunica work is the DLD bundled tunica stretch. Same goes here, if you spend like 30 minutes for each exercise per day you may be pretty much worn out :p
 
im a newbie but no lie, i wore the SG to a bar tonite and i wear SKINNY JEANS lol. i have have limited time but im growing more comfortable by the day with wearing it in puiblic under my clothes. its impossible to see imo

Thanks for the input. Have you had any issues with circulation, wrapping, numbness etc.?
 
yea i have... ive just had it a week now but i think i got it figured out. after an hr or so, i take it off for awhile and that helps with circulation

Yup, the SizeGenetics uses the comfort strap, the noose attachment is total crap.
 
Is that true? Does it require to be taken off for circulation reasons every hour or so?
