Answering feedback to @MosMaster.


Behind the Heels strech:
Kneel down into the japaneese Seiza position(google it if you're not familiar with the term) placing the LM so it ends up behind your cheeks, now grab both handles and place them on your heels and start tilting your pelvis forward using your hip and abdominal muscles witch will produce the strech. The advantage of this strech over BTC is 1: the duration. It can be hold for minutes without any fatigue since you're using the the abs and hip mucles and 2. the strech will have the same intensity over the entire duration since the hands will not move.
This I'm already doing.


Behind the Heels V-strech: This is a fulcrum or V-strech alternative of the BTH. I allways liked the feeling of my ligs being streched with the regular BTC streches but also the intense stress induced to the septum and tunica by the V-streches but I could not combine both in a in a confortable and sustainable strech until now.... and WOW... damn, how does that nobody thought of this before, the strech is INSANE especially when you're using the LM with both hands to pull the penis upside your but toward your lombar area(lower back) to accentuate the V of the strech. To do the fulcrum use a PVC pipe form a vacum cleaner or a rood rod/stick or whatever will serve the purpose but avoid metal as this can be cold and trigger the contraction of the tissues in the penis then place it below your penis so your penis will go around it like in the pic and lock it between your achiles heels and hamstrings. I belive the picture is self explainatory but feel free to ask if you don't get it.
I have tried this. But my flaccid wasn't long enough for this stretch to work optimally. I talked about this as well before.
It's not necessary for me to do this. It will not benefit me. For me it's important to angle the chamber in relation to my glans, in order to stretch hard and reduce the pressure inside the glans. This stretch would not allow that to happen.

I also need to start thinking about my curve more when I stretch. It goes more and more to the right, and the upward curve is alot. My belief is that this stretch would make my upward curve even more "upward curving". So I need to be careful now with what I'm doing.

But I will try this again. Maybe it will work better now.

I will get to my goal even without it.
