Hi Guys,

As you know I'm a big fun of BTC angle streching as I feel it's the most intense angle of streching and I have a lot of gaining potential from this angle and thats why I spend a good 10-15mins in my routine doing various BTC/BTH streches with the LM starting with simple, bundeled and bundeled V-streches(see below).

Behind the Heels strech:
Kneel down into the japaneese Seiza position(google it if you're not familiar with the term) placing the LM so it ends up behind your cheeks, now grab both handles and place them on your heels and start tilting your pelvis forward using your hip and abdominal muscles witch will produce the strech. The advantage of this strech over BTC is 1: the duration. It can be hold for minutes without any fatigue since you're using the the abs and hip mucles and 2. the strech will have the same intensity over the entire duration since the hands will not move.

Behind the Heels V-strech: This is a fulcrum or V-strech alternative of the BTH. I allways liked the feeling of my ligs being streched with the regular BTC streches but also the intense stress induced to the septum and tunica by the V-streches but I could not combine both in a in a confortable and sustainable strech until now.... and WOW... damn, how does that nobody thought of this before, the strech is INSANE especially when you're using the LM with both hands to pull the penis upside your but toward your lombar area(lower back) to accentuate the V of the strech. To do the fulcrum use a PVC pipe form a vacum cleaner or a rood rod/stick or whatever will serve the purpose but avoid metal as this can be cold and trigger the contraction of the tissues in the penis then place it below your penis so your penis will go around it like in the pic and lock it between your achiles heels and hamstrings. I belive the picture is self explainatory but feel free to ask if you don't get it.

the v modification is cool. Thanks for sharing. i am going to try that with the BTC resistant band stretch i like to do as i think i might work well like yours
 
That sounds like a good ideea because that way you'll have both hands free to manipulate the fulcrum pipe.

And if you don't have a pipe you can use the PA piece of the LM and change the position so it's more like a squat position so you have room to accommodate the PA ring.

Ya the PA will be used to change the position and the LM chamber works as a great fulcrum itself. I could use a thin wood dowel or PVC pipe as a fulcrum closer to the base though
 
Very cool new way to stretch! Thanks for the pictures and explanation, I will try them tonight.
 
I just realised this during this morning session that I can increase the intensity of the strech by pushing the rod down with my body(butstocks) while keeping the LM locked. The feeling I get from this exrecise is very different from what the usual BTC feels like, this I feel more in the shaft and at the very lower part of my penis but it's a very strong strech feeling.

I have yet to try but I would also think leaning heavily into the stretch would make it more intense also.

good to know i am going to give it a try to see how it feels to me
 
Tried and true, excellent stretch and everyone should give them a try. I don't think there is a better way to get the intensity these give BHC.

I have been busy with other things so had to take 1 month off from PE due to lack of time(and motivation) as my routine got to about 2h/day, now because my time is limited I got back to my hanging routine of 3 sets x 20 mins witch I can do on my computer and if the time allows I squize in 20mins of dry jelquing.

I ordered a hanger but I couldn't figure out yet how to wear it confortabely so I got back to my homemade blue hanger.

Before quiting my LM adventure I discovered a new method of streching with the LM witch I found to be more powerfull then anything else I tried so far witch consists of v-streches(and bundeled v's) done with a thick cilinder( i used a hair wax spray tube of aprox 2" width or 6.75" diameter). The combo of LM and very thick fulcrum is insanly powerfull so when I'll get back on the LM this will be my routine.

So happy you have found great use of your LengthMaster. Have you tried hanging with it? It is a great hanger too.
