Hey everybody, I just joined this forum and all you guys seem to know a lot about pe'ing so I hope you guys can help me with this. I have been pe'ing for a little over a month now. I do roughly 15 min stretching 10 mins jelging and 5min of pc exercises for 3 days and then take a day off. That has been my routine for a while now. I haven't experience too many gains (1/4 inch in erect length ). I was wondering if you guys could give me some ideas of a few good stretches to do that will work me good but not too hard as I am only a bigger. The stretches I am currently doin are in each direction (straight, up, right, down, left) for 30 sec each. I do two reps of each and then 8-10 reps of 30 second pressured straight out stretch (applying pressure with thumb on top of penis and moving the thumb from the base to the head then back to the base). My jelging is 5 min regular wet jelg and 5 min jelg and hold(15sec hold at end of jelg). Any advice would be great.
