Has anyone gotten any length from Ulis/Clamps?

and has anyone tried Ulis with ballooning? I mean first reverse kegel and push all the blood you can in your dick so it grows about 0.2-0.3cm and then clamp at the base and hold for 30-60sec and repeat for 20-30mins or so? I did this one day and my girth feels thicker already! But I guess everyone has to find their own path. :)

I've always thought that some girth exercises give length gains as well. Since the blood is being forced into your penis, it must be being forced lengthways as well unless you've got an "o" grip at the top by the head. So yes, length gains are possible.
