now that i've been an on/off Pe'er i was thinking that i'm tryin to do 2 much at one time so what i'm askin is can somebody reply telling me the best most effective length exercises i can do and the reps/sets to them and how to do them your help is appreciated
 
Hanging, any weight that's comfortable, 3 sets of 20 minutes a day. I've gotten the majority of my 1/2 inch from doing that.

It doesn't have to. You can use the Pulse 110s and rotary blasters to hit all angels of the ligs, and for the tunica you can do bundled blasters or dual tunica stretches. with manual stretching you have to work at a high intensity, and you can make gains very quickly. There's no rule saying hanging is the only way. Try some manual stretches and see what works best. Work intensely and be focused and you will make gains. Holla
 
I completely agree with you millionman. Manual stretches rule. Weight hanging is something I might try later, but for now as I'm still seeing consistent gains every month I ain't going nowhere. I got a HUGE pump for my standards today. Don't know why, but whenever I am around this one girl from work my Penis Enlargement motivation really kicks into high gear and my erect exercises are incredible. I was at 6.5 NBPenis EnlargementL. How long do you guys do your intense stretching sessions. LIke 10 minutes or closer to 30-45 minutes?

Mine take between 30-40 minutes. With brief pauses in between sets.
 
Iwanteight, that's some funny ish right there man. Basically what you're saying is this hottie you want to slang it to, gets you motivated to work harder, "to be the bigger man" that is the dream.

My sessions can last anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. It really depends on how I'm feeling. Like to day I'm going to do an easy session, which to me means three-five sets of rotatry blasters and that's it for the day. My girth days are usually lighter on length. Yesterday was a fairly long session. Ohhh, you may want to keep a heating pad on during your stretches and apply it in between sets to promote criculation and lessen post workout shrinkage. Helps me a ton with the post workout shrinkage. Holla

I use the reverse ok grip. Works great. If I'm having a tough time I can use both hands. Because of the FR my head is getting more sensitive, and my right hand presses right into the glans nerve that is right under the head. My left hand can grip with no pain problems, and I get an intense stretch either way, I just have to deal with a little biut of pressure. Using babay powder or gloves will definitely help. You could do your stretching routine right out of the shower after you've dried off, and use either the gloves or powder. The skin has more traction once you've been clean cause the old dead cells, skin is all dead cells, get sloughed off and you have a fresh layer usually every two-five days. another tip is to try to place the pressure going back up the shaft with the forefinger around the base of the head. Like if you pull out and you just pull stright down, press into the stretch with the top part of your hand and pull down. That's the best way to describe it. Holla
 
I use a captain's wench with 5lbs so far, and it's completely comforatable!

If you want better grip when stretching you might want to look into purchasing some rubber cleaning gloves from Wal-Mart. I've been using them for a while now, and they provide awesome grip...

Ive stopped manual stretching altogether because I cant do it without pain, I would like to know if the "BIB hanger" goes on without any discomfort at all, and how it does that, if I may ask.....Just dont want to throw my paper away....THX
