My sessions can last anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. It really depends on how I'm feeling. Like to day I'm going to do an easy session, which to me means three-five sets of rotatry blasters and that's it for the day. My girth days are usually lighter on length. Yesterday was a fairly long session. Ohhh, you may want to keep a heating pad on during your stretches and apply it in between sets to promote criculation and lessen post workout shrinkage. Helps me a ton with the post workout shrinkage. Holla
