What are the opinions on focusing on one or the other, but not both (at any given time/routine)? Is is OK to hit length and girth during the same workout? Does it hinder gains in any way? Anybody experiment with this idea (I'm sure someone has)?

Once more experienced Penis Enlargementers reply, I think you're going to hear them say that length and girth go hand-in-hand. Yes, it is ok to combine them in the same session as I think that's what the majority of us are currently doing.

Yes, it's ok to combine them into the same session and that's what the majority of us are doing.

:D

Really, it is ok. I actually do length one day and girth the next, but you can do it that way too.

I encourage guys to use split routines for a few reasons. I think that length takes a different type of concentration than girth. When I train length I want to be in a non-sexual mood, I also like to visualize my stretched goals as I do them. Girth takes on a different mental process for me. I like to be highly sexual and my train of thought is on dedicated to visualization on girth expansion. I have always believed that it is easier for me to do one thing very well than rushing through multiple things half assed and when I combine my Girth and Length I find myself rushing.

A split routine would alternate length and girth on different days. Would it go maybe like this:

Day 1=length
Day2=girth
Day3=off
repeat

What would be some good exercises to do for each day? I have been doing the following every other day for about a month:

Warm up with rice sock
Stretches (up, down, down sides, left, right. 2 sets X 1 minute each)
Dry jelqs = 25 from base, 25 from mid shaft
***regular squeezes/ulis=I was doing these until I noticed a small bump just under the head so I stopped doing them after a short recovery break. Was doing 20-30 seconds 4-5 times (more if I didn't do them just right).
Wet jelqs=150 3-4 seconds
Warm down in shower

Simply splitting my routine would make it seem like not enough. Should I stretch every day and alternate the jelqs? Should I do the dry jelqs alone on a separate day? Not sure if I should start the squeezes again right now. A little help for the misguided would be appreciated.
