After doing about 30 minutes of LAS's for about 2-3 weeks (in addition to regular Penis Enlargement workouts, of course), I've noticed a BPenis EnlargementL increase of 1/8 inch! So, I'd argue that they're not just for flaccid increases.
Think about it, the LAS is really an extended BTL stretch (actually at lower than 6:00 LOT). I've generally been doing them at night, while at the computer: 10 minutes LAS, 5-7 minute rest to restore circulation, another 10 minutes LAS, another 5-7 minute rest, then 1 final 10-minute set of LAS. I was doing this 4-6 days per week, on average.
The key, I believe, is to get a DEEP STRETCH before resting your weight on it - the deeper the better.
I may try to increase the LAS times to 15-20 minutes - although I'd increase rest times then to at least 10 minutes in between sets.
Give it a try....they worked for me.

No problem.
One more suggestion: For an even deeper stretch on occasion, lean/shift backwards - slowly. You only have to lean back a little, because you should already be really stretched. If your unit slips out a little, be sure to reposition it, then continue your set.

I dont see any tension, just that these are called FOWFERS.....we wanted to clear that up. Waxn has slagged DLD off so much at �other forum� and said this and that, so by hitting his ole material here members can see what a two faced bastard he is.

I have actually just started these in my routine. I mean, I had tried them before, but did not use them regularly. I keep having problems where my penis wants to sorta rollout from under me and kill the stretch.

They do give a hell of a stretch though. I shouldn have been doing these a long time ago.
 
i just added em in my routine,actually i started doing em everyday since i've heard here that there is no limit that u stretch in a day.I post and view pics on another message board that has nothing to do with pe.My girl and her friends were lookin at the tranny section of the board and we all noticed that they guys that were dressing up like women were kinda hung.I automatically thought about las,see they tuck all the time
