Larger tube = more ballsack suction issues?

I'm a longtime X30 user and considering buying an X40 (or hydro9). Had my first experience using the X30 with a silicap on, and it was GREAT, except for the fact that the thickness of the cap made my expanded cockhead big enough to touch the sides all the way around. That made for a situation where my dick wouldnt extend its full length because the cap was "stuck" to the tube walls.

That said, I've always had a top-heavy cock, and my shaft is not particularly thick (4.7 meg). So I am concerned about using a tube that's a whole lot larger than my base girth.

Anyone experienced using a bathmate that they weren't thick enough for at the base? Is the ball suction factor worse? Any other observations?

I'm definitely not holding my breath waiting for the industry to produce a hydropump that tapers their tube in the opposite direction for a penis like mine.

We have a brand new pump called the mityvac that’s a Hydro/air pump. It’s base ring will not allow any scrotal suction. It’s a great pumpkin you should check it out. When using the bathmate and this happens it’s smart to tie back your scrotum using something like ACE or simply pump your whole package.

Thanks, I'll look into the mityvac. That said, I've had a great experience with the X30 and tearing me away from the bathmate brand would be an uphill battle. lol

I'm just wondering if, in general, larger tube = more ball suction issues. I've really only used the X30 and a standard 2" air pump tube, and faced only minor balls issues with each.

A larger tube is going to have a larger opening so there will be more suck in if you have that issue. But I have some good advice that will help you avoid that and let you stay with the bathmate line as you desire. The testicle health massage and stretch will quickly bring separation of your scrotum and the base of your shaft allowing for your testicles to hang lower and your penis to hang longer and heavier. If you’d like to keep your scrotum from being sucked into the bathmate simply tied back your scrotum with an ace bandage and you’ll be all set.

You guys are so fast here! Missed my opportunity! :p

But I do concur, a larger diameter cylinder might cause more ball sucking issues if the cylinder opening isn't fit properly just for your cock with a sleeve or another method.
Testicle health massage helps and so does a ball stretcher ring.

For me I wouldn't see it as an uphill battle to go for the Mityvac. I'm curious about different tools and having used BM for such a long time, I am aching for experiences. :)

Stoner,

You could also use some water based lube on your glans to allow it to slide better while in the cylinder.

As has been said, the larger opening will always bring the risk of sucking in the entire package.

The bathmate is very good, but the mityvac is much more versatile, in that you can add different suction caps at the entrance to create more, or less space for your penis, which for some can prevent the balls getting dragged in.

You could try full package pumping, go slowly with one testicle at a time, it really isn't anything to worry about, and from the sounds of it, your pump has ample room .. its more a concern if its tight, and the balls can push against the inside, which causes discomfort.

I find that allowing the whole lot inside, helps to target the inner penis more, that lies in the area of the perineum, and if you perform stretches in the bathmate, they will be more forceful this route.

My advice, sorry if it seems me pushing you into sales, but, save up for a mityvac and you wont regret that.

Its not only hydro, but can be used dry, so for days you cant be bothered with the bath or shower its awesome! also remember that lifetime gurantee, and support from MOS! the states has the best customer service for a reason.

Bingo! I couldn't really put into words what I feel might be happening, but this explains it perfectly. There's a definite 'pull' of my 'innards' and I can use very high pressures with minimal discomfort pumping in this fashion

Just make sure you have enough room in the cylinder, with me because the Goliath the Wideboy7 are ... big, it was always going to be good for that, however if you choose a cylinder that fits you for pumping, it may cause discomfort ... what I'm saying is, that you need to allow more extra room when you whole package pump.

Some have suggested its a fetish or dangerous, but I disagree with the latter, perhaps a fetish to some, not myself though.

The only times you would need to worry, are if you are in a very small cylinder and you get pain, or if you pull too hard on the cylinder, and it yanks at the spermatic cord, which has never happened to me, but you always get one who overdoes it.

Like all methods you need to have precautions in place, be safe. I certainly noticed feeling more horny when I pump whole package, and my balls look better ... never had a single issue doing it.

That's good advice. I also saw these under bathmate accessories:
