I have been taking 500mg per day for about 8 days. I was wondering what you guys thought about L-Arginine and what should I expect from using it. from what I have read on it helps with healing from trauma. I would think this would be good for Penis Enlargement also.

I find this very interesting. I was going to reply that L-Arginine may provide for other benefits that the R.O.P. cannot, such as bodybuilding and muscle mass. However, do you think that the ring of power can also help with lean muscle mass because of a test. increase?

I believe there are no studies that show that test directly burns fat. Of course, the increase in muscle mass test causes will do it.

L-arginine increases the NO in your blood, which plays part in erections, so theoretically it should help. There's a way to take it optimally with orange juice or something, go to bodybuilding.com and search for a bigass thread that talks about a homebrew NO2 using arginine and OJ.
Actually here it is:

Arginine is good stuff. It will only add to what the ROP does already. I like "ArginMax" by GNC...it's cheap and works well at increasing ejaculation volume. It's great overall for vascular health...not just in your penis but your entire circulatory system. It (ArginMax) provides around 1 gram of arginine and a few different kinds of ginseng and some other stuff in it...for about $30 a month....cheap.

Or you could get just generic free-form arginine at CVS or somewhere like that. I get 50 capsules, 500mg each. Take 2 per day to get a gram, and it's $7 for a bottle. Lots cheaper than ArginMax.

Penis EnlargementANUTS!

100 grams of peanuts will give you 3 grams of Arginine.

Also, 0.9 grams of Lysine and 3.27 grams of Zinc.

It's an alternative to buying expensive pills - or for those of us who don't live near an "expensive pills shop ".

The bulk powder is the way to go...

I take your point - but then I live in Sweden and it's not easy to get "arginine powder" here...

We don't live on cheese burgers, milk shakes, hotdogs and sweets, so 50 grams of fat is no problem for me - the fat in peanuts is the right kind, helps prevent heart problems - okay, it's not good to eat 100 grams of peanuts if you eat junk the rest of the time. Personally, I have very little body fat, eat properly, train regularly and don't live anywhere near the kind of suppliers that are in the UK or the USA.

Like I said, it's an alternative to those of us who can't get your "bulk powder".

Umm...I think your comment about American's living on crap food is not only a stereotypical generalization, but also just fvcking stupid as hell.

I'm around 6', 210lb, and come in under 9% body fat. I live on rolled oats, tuna, chicken, turkey, salmon, fresh greens, lentils, cottage cheese, milk, and a healthy amount of (3+ gallons/day) of H20.

So don't get in my face about nutrition and how fvcking smart eating 100g of peanuts is. Here's some science for you:

Here's the lipid profile on 100g of peanuts

Lipids
Fatty acids, total saturated g 7.642 0
14:0 g 0.028 0
16:0 g 5.674 0
18:0 g 1.288 0
Fatty acids, total monounsaturated g 22.328 0
16:1 undifferentiated g 0.045 0
18:1 undifferentiated g 21.757 0
20:1 g 0.523 0
Fatty acids, total polyunsaturated g 17.204 0
18:2 undifferentiated g 17.192 0
18:3 undifferentiated g 0.010 0
Cholesterol mg 0 0

So that give you a whopping 17g of polyunsaturated fat. Gee, I would almost have to eat 2oz of salmon to get that, but I guess your 100g of peanuts is a much better solution.

And what good would the 22g of mono do for you? Not much...most people get way more Omega-6 FFA than they need any. And the 7g of Saturated fat...well, that's just adipose tissue in the making.

Oh..one other great fact, this 'heart healthy' fat you're talking about...

Here's a quick lesson on nutrition euro health boy.

Polyunsaturated fats are made of of MANY different components of lipids, mainly:

Omega - 3s
Omega - 6s
Omega - 9s
Eicosapentaenoic Acid
Docosahexaenoic Acid

Now..guess which of those is 'heart healthy'....give up?

We'll it's the Omega's 3s (NOT 6 nor 9) and EPA/DHA.

Now tell me how much of those substrates are contained in peanuts.

Less than .2g per 100g serving.

So go chow down on your 100g of peanuts and keep telling yourself it's the right thing to do.

Oh, and one other small point.

You obviously have internet access...right?

Most of the decent bulk supply companies in the US will ship international.

Sorry..had to come back and edit this...one other salient point.

EPA/DHA are the building blocks for 'good cholesterol', now why would you want the good cholesterol, well..a ton of reasons to be honest but the one I want to mention is that ALL hormones (testosterone, leptin, gherlin, etc...) are manufactured in your system using...guess.....come on...

Yup, the good cholesterol in combination with the approrpriate enzymes.

No good chol, no test, no hard dick, no woman, no fun.

Peanuts have almost no epa/dha.

Jeez....if you want to eat nuts, at least eat walnuts as they have the highest ration of good fats to bad fats. They're not great, but they're a heck of a lot better than peanuts.

One more point...I friggin' love peanuts. But they suck for you.

Bon Appetite!

I would respectfully disagree. Congratulations on your healthy habbits, but you are more the exception than the rule. My own diet is somewhat lacking, yet I eat 10X better than most people I know. Much of the generalization is probably based on observation. I know a lot of people from other countries, literally none of whom are fat, who really cannot believe the level of obesity and junk diet they observe in Americans. The girls are also great to fuck by the way since they are all hot, not fat, and dress well ( But thats another subject).

I agree WideAwake, you know your stuff.

Your diet is perfect, that's what I'm aiming at but it takes discipline cuz those foods you described aren't exactly the best tasting hehe.

I've been meaning to construct a Penis Enlargement'ers diet and put it up in the health section... I think people will see alot better gains if they eat properly

Okay...

a) I didn't mention "Americans living on crap food" - I simply pointed out that peanuts aren't that bad if you eat okay otherwise. If you are so over-sensitive that you read criticism of the USA into what I wrote, then I feel sorry for you. I didn't know you were American...I didn't know where you come from and don't care.

b) We have fast food in the world outside the USA...did you know that? Seeing as YOU brought the subject up, I read that something like 40% of Americans are clinically obese...maybe they are not all as clever as you?

c) My original point was just to suggest one way of getting arginine for people who can't buy it or don't want to become health-food fanatics...you do realise that some people are just different than you, don't you?

Why are you so paranoid about this? Do you sell the stuff your self?

Anyway, I wish you luck with your P.E.

If your penis ever becomes as big as your mouth, you'll be one happy man.

I'm not sure how this thread got off on nutrition, but I think most people of the Island of Samoa are over weight. Think they eat a lot of fast food?

L-Arginie is great for semen load. I get my Arginine from my supplentation. Personally, I use Muscle Synergy and GH Factor from Beverly International. You can find these products at bodybuildingworld.com I have also noticed that since supplementing with these two products, my erection quality has improved tremendously, steel rod in the morning.

Word bro, me too.

I've always been able to choke down the most disgusting tasting stuff, so I never had any probs eating clean. BUT, the one thing that I really wanted to add into my diet that until recently I was unable due to taste - Cottage Cheese. From a protein/carb perspective, it's about as good as it gets.

So here's WideAwakes new supper recipe for getting some cottage cheese in before bedtime.

2 cups fat-free or low-fat cottage cheese
1 full package of any flavor Sugar and Fat Free Jello Pudding Mix
1/2 - 1 cup skim milk
10g (or whatever you want to taste) of Splenda

Mix everything in a blender until it's smooth as pudding, pour into bowls, cups, pudding dishes, chill for at least 15 minutes and eat.

OH MY GOD...if you like chocolate pudding (and who doesn't?) than this is friggin' unreal. And the nutrition breakdown is solid. Check it.
