I didn't really think about jelqing when I made the above statement since it is so basic a member of the Penis Enlargement repertoire. Maybe I should qualify the above statement by saying that I consider hanging (to be, for myself at least) the best possible length exercise.

i would say that autoextender made a new light hanger with a patent that can stretch tunica at the same time with ligaments.take a look.i think is incredible to hang 10 pounds and at the same time to fatique the tunica.in 20 minutes you will feel exhausted.make to sets of this everyday with ads all the night and you will gain 0.3" every month for the first 5 months for sure in my opinion if you haven't gained a bit.10 inch advantage how is your progress with cementing 6" with water pumping.there are 3 months now that you are trying to gain 0.2" in girth.any luck yet?

In my research I have concluded that stretching 24 hours isn't the best idea. It fatigues your penis too much. So yes, I think there is a thing as TOO MUCH stretching. I haven't gained any length in months and I've been doing the same thing as I had been. As for girth, nothing yet. FUCK.
 
Actually, I rebut myself. Using a dollar bill or piece of note paper (as I used just now) I read a tad higher than the 6" mark approx midshaft (the note card is about 3 inches wide). However, since I tend to be technical about measurements, I need to mark my penis in the EXACT midshaft spot with a marker or something since I have gained length since the last time I measured midshaft legit (meaning exact midshaft with little string width). I usually just estimate where my midshaft is when I'm doing the girth measurements. However, around that area (in the 3 inches area) I'm a little more than 6" girth reading from 1.5" into the paper (which is the middle of the paper). My penis has gotten quite thicker, and I'm happy. As for length, I hope this new lower weight thing works out. I'm fucked because TheGRIP guys never answer their phones or return messages.

as i said once before, and since you're a pioneer willing to experiment, i still think there may well be merit in mixing up the ADS & ANS system you had going to see if it renders any gains to speak of. by randomly changing your hang, ADS, and ANS times from day to day, your dick might not know what the fuck is going on and grow by dint of this regime. who knows? it is merely a thought, but it could work for you since you seem to have hit a barrier and clearly have exibited gains since hanging, ADSing and ANSing.

I think I'm going to start changing it up tonight. I'll start with not doing any ANS.
 
THEORY: It is possible that normal cellular repair cannot occur in situations too far divorced from the normal homeostatic situation. It is very likely that, in order to initiate cellular repair, transmembrane potentials must return to normal, cells themselves perhaps must be freed of any great exteral aggravation.

I really hope that what I went through is used for the benefit of everyone else. I'd not recommend extending 24 hours a day, and your explanation sounds pretty on spot.

So what's your current routine? You haven't changed your sig to reflect your change in ideas.

I'll still doing ADH and all that. Trying to do 2 x 20 of that water bottle tunica "hanging" for fatigue. I don't ANS anymore though. I usually do two sets of jelqing + Horse 440s and variations a day with 4 x 15 of moderate pumping, but today I just can't seem to get aroused by anything.
 
Well, two more questions...
(1) How did you secure the PVC connector to the electrical post ground clamp? - with some sort of industrial glue?
(2) At what store(s), and where in these stores did you find the requisite material?
 
It does appear as if it would be a pain-in-the-balls to hang BTC with that hanger.
