I can't seem to get my penis to move during kegels and its kinda confusing. I havent done PE in a very long time but was gonna start again tomorrow. Plus since i turned 32 in March it seems my ejaculation has become much less then before. Its irritating because i dont know what happened with the ejaculation and then randomly not feeling kegels. Any advice from anyone?
 
Hmmm. Can you stop your piss completely mid-stream?
 
Indeed, welcome back! You're the same age as I am and I do also have issues with ejaculations.

How's your diet and exercise routine? I find that I've been lacking in the fitness department a bit (a lot) and that could be part of the issue equation.

How often do you release? I'm currently about once a day and still the force isn't as strong as it used to be. (And I've taken bee pollen etc., that should have an effect on the output.)

Could be also an imbalance, have you done your reverse kegels?
I suggest you vary the kegel routine, doing 100% "pumps" for several seconds one day, other day 50-60% light work and then again 70-90 % holds on another day.
Rest days matter as well, one can overtrain.

If changes to diet and exercise don’t help the problem then I would definitely go see a urologist for a check up to make sure there’s not something going on that you can’t see yourself....
 
I've done that actually, got instructions for Kegels. I'm diagnosed with spermatocele which shouldn't affect the output, but I do feel it's partial culprit.

Tomorrow for blood tests, testosterone, vitamins B and D and what else, I'm excited to find out.

I workout alot and eat a few times a day. I will just have to drink much more water and keep stress levels down. But I will keep attempting the kegels and reverse kegels for awhile before getting back into the SRT program that way i dont do more harm lol. Thanks for replying.

I started supplementing with zinc gluconate 50 mg with my 1st and last meal of the day and have quickly seen an increase in ejaculatory volume. This supplementation is supposed to increase free testosterone levels and has estrogen blocking properties as well= increasing testosterone thru multiple pathways.

I have just started PE and I too am having difficulty with the kegal portion of the programs. I think my biggest barrier is body awareness. I have lived my entire life performing kegals and reverse kagels, however, I am just learning to master these 2 exercises.

To the OP, it sounds like deficiency of certain minerals.

P.S. An advise from Nutrition specialists, NEVER take one mineral for this or that or a vitamin for this or that. NEVER. The human body needs the full spectrum of ALL essential nutrients in the right amounts in order to function properly and sustain the body alive.
