KEGELS, tips?

I have no problem clenching my pc, but most of the sites say you should clench it slowly and hold it for 5 seconds. I don't seem to have this much control over it. I can clench it quickly and then it seems to automatically unclench itself.

Anyone else experienced this?

At the moment I am just doing lots of quick clenches. Will these do me any good or do I need to learn to do it slowly?

Welcome Rrippa. Yes I had the same problem when I started doing them a couple months ago. When the pc muscle gets a little stronger you will be able to hold it better. Just don't give up on these as they are vital to real success. I now do literally 1000's a day. some quick like 1/2 second , some 1 second , some 3 seconds . For a real killer one try holding it for a solid minute.
Good luck man!

Do some quick ones to isolate the muscle and help you gain. When I first started kegels I must of been doing 1000 of the quick ones a day. Then within a week or two I was able to do the longer ones without a problem.

OK, thanks. I'll keep at it.

If only I could write a little sub routine for my brain that would do it all day without me having to think about it.
