Kegels for Life

Guys,

Is it just me or is this normal? I can do about 5 of the 5 second hold/2 second release kegels in the PC part of the routine. The routine calls for 50! Am I just weak down there? Or did others have similar trouble.

I worked my ass off to get the 100 kegel flexes, too.

Don't fret, the PC muscle, or actually it's the PB according to westla, IS a muscle after all, it'll get stronger and stronger as you go. I was up to doing 600 at once no problem. Just keep workin at it!

LongDong, That is normal with many men just starting them. You will become stronger and stronger as time passes. I do them out of habit now so much that I do not even do a "routine". Penis Enlargement will throw your body allot of curves but in time it will all work out.

1,000 kegels, I certainly have work to do.

I've been told my penis is incredibly thick by women. But never that it is long. And, the few that I've pressed for info said that it was "long enough" but not the longest they've had and the thickness more than made up for it.

I'm working towards another 2". I believe that'll put me around 7.5" in length. But, I can't find the damn tape measure so I'll have to hunt for it this weekend.

Keep doing the kegel, you will get stronger as time goes on. In the past when I did kegel for the first time, I did it excessively and couldn't get a solid erection for 2 days due to fatigue.
