so its like the space from under your balls to your anus. When I hold urine I can feel it tense up. So I think I got this part down. I just started looking into Penis Enlargementing last week please forgive geeke :(

So, I have done my whole Penis Enlargement career using this blaster concept, helped me gain inch in 3-4 months I'm sure.

My warmup includes 100 kegels to tire the pc muscles. I have to do longer and longer flexes and I'm thinking of upping it to 200 now...

Then as I do basic manual stretches, I do 30 secs of btc while RKing then release RKs and keep stretching 30 more.

So my entire SRT manuals is done "blaster" style.

Now I'm doing PT 5x5x3 and I'm kegeling to push in blood then RKing when I do a last minute of expressive stretching with the pump... so intense wow!

when i try to do this reverse kegel i use my lower back and whole stomach muscles and cant breath... and also my standard kegel is 10000x more powerfull so if i try to do a reverse kegel and touch my glans/head ??? immediatly what happens is my pelvic muscles squeeze really tight ( kegel ) any1 same experiencE? rly frustrating though

It is just to unflex the PC muscle- what you do when you're trying to pee :)

Okay bro here's how.

Go to the bathroom.

The kegel is the muscles you would use to stop peeing in mid stream. try that now. So you're peeing and the police are banging on the door and you decide to cut off the pee in the middle and answer the door. SO you clamp your inner muscles and stop the flow of pee. That's the kegel muscle flex. You can make your penis bounce up and down with this.

The RK is to try to push out the pee and pee faster and harder. So the police are banging on the door and you decide to finish peeing quick so you push your inner muscles and the pee flows faster and harder.

As you practice you will be able to do this without peeing once you get the hang of it.

When I did these flexes before or during stretching, I'd find it easy to RK for 30 seconds to start each stretch, but hard to not push out pee or a fart if there was any when doing an RK. So you may want to start with actually going to the bathroom and clearing out to start your Penis Enlargement sessions with kegels and RK's

WHY? Because your body can do an instinctive, protective kegel for you even if youre not trying, and thid can retard your Penis Enlargement gains or prevent progress from happening at all. The kegel we do before stretching is to tire the muscle so it doesnt hold us back when stretching. I do the reverse jkegel during a stretch to add 'unflexing" the muscles and the combo gets these PC muscles from holding back against the stretching. Well I don't have any trouble with my Kegels. I do a 10 reps of 20 keels & holding a kegel for 5 seconds 15 times each time I go to the toilet, though need to work on holding it when I'm not peeing. Though I need to work on my reverse kegel, here's an idea that I had, how does this sound? When I'm on the toilet, I will kegel for 5 seconds & then RK for 5 seconds, thesis just to get me started on RK. So how does that sound?

I was hoping you could ease my mind. I have read that kegels can create prostate issues later on in life. Thoughts?
While I'm at it, reverse kegels are only useful during sex or stretching routines, correct?

This is one thing I've pondered at times, too. An enlarged prostate can be caused by excessive stimulation of it so intense and frequent kegeling might also have its downsides. What do you think (especially the meds active in this forum)?

Never had these issues myself and I do a lot of Kegels. The only downside to too much Kegel work is poor erection quality but even then it gives the opportunity to make easier length gains due to the muscle fatigue caused by too many Kegels.
