Hi guys, i started doing Penis Enlargement exercises and kegels roughly a month ago and actually felt that Kegel exercises have certainly improved the quality and length of my erections,

However, i have also noticed terrible side effects as mentioned in the title written above.

For some reason my problem of Premature Ejaculations has worsened , i can only barely last for a min when my lover gives me a bj.

In additional i realized that the amount of Pre-Cum has increased tremendously, and i have a very sudden urge to pee at various times of the day, as compared to the past where the urge to pee gradually increases over time before i started kegel exercises.

I am able to withhold ejaculation (sometimes there will be pre-cum flowing out, sometimes its a retrograde ejaculation)with my pc muscle during orgasms while masturbating, but its extremely frustrating when i am with my lover and i reach the P.O.N.R suddenly n abruply, esp when she is stimulating the head of my penis with her mouth.

I know that it is widely mentioned everywhere that kegel cures Premature ejaculation. However, i am experiencing something thats totally of the opposite, who really really appreciate some input frm you ppl . thanks!

Hello infernometal KEGELS make stronger and last longer erection,also and descrease premature ejaculation.
When you are starting to do KEGELS(from first week to one month)u are in adaptation period and there is possibility in that period your situation with premature ejaculation to become worse,but don't worry,just don't stop to do your kegel routine,after few feeks you will be animal in bad.Thank u.Hi I Am nEW Not:D
p.s And don't over do it..because your situation looks like overdoing Kegels...do 1 day off(just for kegels)and keep and feel four Kegel routine.

First off that is wrong buddy. If you do anything too much it will have a reverse effect(thats just common sense). Maybe you should do less than what you were doing and work your way up. Remember your body isnt use to any form of Penis Enlargement work so you cant just drop a shitload of stress on your penis or your PC muscles.

Try less kegels.
 
I have had this problem only when I don't have sex everyday. Massive precum drainage is there to stay and thats a good thing. Keep doing your Kegels and have sex everyday or more.....it will not effect your Penis Enlargement gains, in fact I think it helps!.....Just my 2 cents.
 
You should try to counterbalance your PC/BC workouts with the "Stop and Start" exercise. This will ensure that you balance a strong PC/BC with stamina and control.

Yea, probably i am doing too much for kegels at this moment given the fact that i have onli started it one mth ago. Here is my routine as of this current moment. (1 day off n 6 days of kegel exercises a week)

Part 1. 100-150 Kegels
Part 2. 50 X 5 Second Kegel holds
Part 3. 2-5 X 2 Min Long Kegel holds.

I thought i could push myself further as I was able to withhold ejaculation,
but i guess i probably overestimated myself.
Any indicators to look out OR FEELeel for to ensure that i have trained my PC muscles just right but not to the point of overtraining?

Oh another qns, I know its not good to ejaculate before a girth P.E. session as u might not be able to get enough blood in the penis during ur workout , but immediately after a session is it fine?

Bro 100 quick Kegels and after that 50 Kegels with 3 sek hold(first week),4 sek hold(second week),and 5 sek hold(third week)is alright....TO MUCH MY FRIEND TO MUCH.Stop with Kegels for 2,3 days and after that do 100 quick Kegels,and after that 50 kegels(5 sek)Because your penis knew them well(the kegels)Do one day on and one day off,and make more streching and jelging routines.Thanks.
 
Are you Kegel-ing when she is down on you, that may be a reason?

If i stare at my girl when shes down on me i come a lot quicker, if i kick back and keep my eyes shut i last a tonne longer.

Maybe you should try edging and ballooning to help?
 
Focus on something else. Like that shit load of paperwork you have to have in by tomorrow.
 
I think this is the greatest misconception of kegeling: that it helps with premature ejaculation. Its reverse kegeling that actually does this. Kegeling will help you obtain more control over those muscles, which you could tighten or relax as you please. Reverse kegeling is when you relax your muscle and push like you are peeing. I find that having the muscle relaxed and only reverse kegeling if you feel ejaculation approaching works best. Or, if i would like to cum i kegel as much and as hard as possible. This is especially good to do when your lady is approaching orgasm, as it will make you even harder inside her, and you will able to cum simultaneously.
 
I also suggest to write down your goals and keep track of your progress with a log. Also include reverse kegel in your routine

This every man should do and it should be a priority! There have been many a tale about men who started penis enlargement without keeping a good record only to go guessing, later, if they made gains. Measure precisely, take pictures, write everything down from exercises to routines...this will serve you and your fellow Brothers in the future to what works and what does not.

Pre-Mature Ejaculation by DLD

Pre-Mature Ejaculation is something many men suffer with. I have found many different ideas in helping with this that I have included below. I do want to say that this problem will fade from simply doing my program. When most men, myself included, got familiar with manual penis enlargement exercise the problem just seems to fade. The reason this problem does go away is the constant stimulation of the exercises. This constant stimulus trains the penis to last longer and longer. In the mean time here are some great techniques. Some are my own techniques, others I found around the web.

Becoming in touch with your orgasm
There is a very fine line between cuming and about to cum. making this distinction is the first step in having more staying power.

Identify your brink of orgasm
You will want to identify the fine line that separates cuming from about to cum. During this period pay special attention to what brings you almost to orgasm. What are your thoughts? How long does it take to get there? Keep Track of this information for future reference. The goal here is to paint a mental picture of your orgasm and identify just what brings you to this brink and what you can do to stop it.

Breathing to Reduce Excitement
Simply taking a deep breath at the brink of orgasm is a very effective way to reduce your excitement level and reset your orgasm. It does not work for everyone but it is worth trying.

Breathing to Reset Orgasm
When you feel that you are getting too close to orgasm, just completely stop and take a deep breath. Give yourself a minute or two to reset your mental orgasm. Once you feel that you have reset this mental orgasm continue with the confidence that the physical orgasm is far off. You will find with practice this process will give you longer and longer periods of staying power. Eventually this mental reset will happen automatically with no pause.

The Squeeze Techniques
When you feel close to your orgasm completely stop, pull out, take a deep breath and apply one of these two squeezing methods. One method usually works better for men than the other so try them both.

BASE SQUEEZE: at the brink of orgasm stop, take a deep breath. Using the OK grip squeeze the base of your penis and squeeze until the urge has faded.

UP SQUEEZE: at the brink of orgasm stop, take a deep breath. Using the forefinger and thumb squeeze the top and bottom of your penis just below the glans until the urge to orgasm has faded.

DLD Push
The DLD Push is a technique to prolong orgasm and remain erect after orgasm. This method involved a hard reverse kegel right at the brink of orgasm. It takes some practice but once it is mastered 4-5 orgasms are possible.

Reverse Psychology
A great technique that seems to work very well for me is the Reverse Psychology method. Previously to having sex I convince myself that I am going to have problems ejaculation.

I became sexually active at 19 and had no trouble lasting for a long time. After a long dry spell at age 20, I became sexually active again at 21, but with a problem. For the following five years, I had no orgasm control at all; I couldn't last more than 20-30 seconds upon penetration, and sex became a losing battle against a quick impending orgasm.

My relief came after I tried something new. My technique was similar to kegeling, but with some differences - I'll call it an "endurance kegel". Basically, I just squeeze the PC muscle for as long as I can hold it. No reps, no exercise structure, just clenching and holding the muscle at will whenever I felt like it. At first, I couldn't clench it for more than 10 seconds. After a few weeks of doing this several times a day, I could hold it for up to 60 seconds. I would even make a game of it (ie: trying to hold a clench between station stops on the metro).

After a short while, I was surprised to discover stamina improvements. I could masturbate for much longer before peaking, and I could finally have sex without finishing immediately. My sex sessions now last anywhere from 10-30 minutes on average, and my new pelvic control allows me to pace my orgasm without stopping sex (when I'm on top, anyways). I no longer worry about finishing up quickly.
 
For me kegels give me the biggest erections possible
