ok today I did my first DLD newbie routine to the letter...well the most part. and followed it up with 10 A stretches for good measure (something I wasn't able to do well without a good warm up and stretching ). Anyways I got to the kegal part and found out something. The 5 sec flex and 2 sec release was no biggie and even after 50 I wasn't burning (wish I was) but I noticed trying to do the 1 min kegal for me was impossible no matter how much I tried. 15-27 secs was the best I could get.

ok now that my bubble got burst a bit I'm more than ever determined to find out how I can cure this? so any help would be greatly appreciated. and do supplements help this as right now I'm occassionally taking GNC's Mega man multi and that's it so far.

well the solution is simple, its a muscle you are working, and muscles adapt over time to the stress they are continually put under. The duration of your squeezes will increase over time.
Dont look for quick-fix supplements , they dont exist, you're already on the right path :) keep at it ! if you are nailing the 5 sec flexes you're way ahead of many starters, congrats !

That exercise is a little bit more advanced, generally recommended for those with some Penis Enlargement time under their belt. Thats not to say it might not work for you, or you shouldnt do it, everyone is different, but just wanted to give you a heads up. Ease yourself into Penis Enlargement :)
