I've been doing kegals for about 2 weeks now and am wondering how the progress should be going.

i can slow down my steam of pee but not stop it, that's where i'm at right now.

Just keep doing them. do at least 300 per day and each week add 50-100 until doing at least 500 per day. I do anywhere from 1500-2000+ a day.

No real reason to practice reverse kegals unless you want to pee faster or are doing blasters. The main exercise is the kegal, which incidentally can be done erect too. Some claim these are more effective. The point is keep doing your kegals. Increase the amount done, intensity of the squeeze, duration holding the kegal. All serve to strengthen the pc muscle.

I thought it also would help prolong sexual activity without ejac, at least, that's what RZ spoke about in a post from PP.

The kegal does, the reverse kegal does not. I did read a thread recently if you reverse kegal while ejaculating you will stay hard instead of going softer afterward. Haven't had the occasion to test this yet. But as far as controlling ejaculation, the kegal is muscle is flexed and held to stop ejaculation, this in combination with all stoppage of stimulation while holding the kegal. Once sensation passes, you can continue, this can be done multiple times during sex. You get the spasms without ejaculation. Hense the multiple orgasms, in this case for males.

dude trust me kegels really help. i'd probably say i do like 500 a day, 100 at a time, spread throughout the day when i'm bored. after doing so many of them i swear its like takin a viagra when i get a wood, even after ejacing it doesnt go down for a solid 10-15 min. and i've noticed i can last a significant amount longer. no more of that pound for a min., stop hold on, then pound again. and its a lot easier to hold my money shot from coming out.
