Ouch! How about that seated stretch ? (Can't remember the name.) Just stretch it out and pin it between your leg and a chair, if you'll be sitting that is. Leaning to the opposite side now and then can help increase the stretch . Then switch legs. Plus, you can do it while checking out the forums.Originally posted by TheRrippa
