If I could do girth work for 12 hours straight, I probably would. But it's a losing battle trying to keep up the erection level.

I use ���� for visual stimulation and to keep track of my time. Conveniently it has a second counter for those intense holds. But its taking me 15 seconds between every squeeze to get back to the erection level necessary. And generally, I would work longer if I could. I can get a max of 45 minutes or so. And after an INTENSE workout, a workout, even light, later in the day is out of the question.

I try not to masturbate too often, take Horny Goat Weed and Yohimbe before I exercise, try to work as early in the day as possibly, etc. I'm running out of options. Is there anything else I can try?

I ordered some Viagra a while back (maybe 7-8 weeks ago) and it never came in. It was a fairly shady site so I may be out $100. I doubt I will have the money anytime soon to order more. Surely I can overcome this erection obstacle.

I have never tried it.. does it make your libido increase big time?

I useto use Liquid Cialis for my girth now I have been usin brand Viagra. Sometimes during my sesion my mind often wanders and then I loose erection. I think its because of the flushing the Viagra causes for me makes me think bout other things.

Im also interested on keeping erection during girth routines so I will be waiting for great replies just like you.

The Horny Goat Weed hasn't had incredible results, though they are noticable. It's just something I take for fun/something that might help keep that erection. I'd recommend giving it a try though - in high doses I do definitely get a libido boost, which pretty makes someone as horny as me sick in the head.

Lets hear some responses for keeping the erection level.
 
It seems that the more intense and lengthy your routines get, the more you need erectile aids to keep things from getting sloppy (pun intended). I have found a direct link between the quality of my erections and the intensity of my workouts; for example, during the summer when I only had the chance to do about 30 minutes of dry jelqing every other day, my erections were rock hard and my sex drive was through the roof. Nowadays when I'm doing a steady, intense routine 7 days a week, I rarely get good erections anymore and my dick feels ''too tired'' for sex or masturbation most of the time. Last winter when this started to bug me, I took a week off and did a heavy cycle of tribulus terrestris, which skyrocketed my libido and erection quality to a whole new level. Now a lot of people argue that tribulus does nothing for them, but I have noticed that it definitely gives you more frequent, harder erections and an increased libido, since I've done several cycles and noticed the same effect every time.
Other that than I also abstain from getting off too frequently (about every other night seems to work), and I give my dick several warm showers every day to promote better bloodflow.
 
I agree, it seems the harder I hit it, the harder it gets to have a good workout. I've heard a lot about Tribulus, I'm thinking that possibly the Yohimbe is starting to lose the effect and I should cycle it.
