I just ordered the Hercules bathmate. I am going to be doing DLDs routine which is the stretching in every direction manually for three sets of 30 seconds then 5 sets of 5 with bathmate stretches every direction along with squash jelqs in-between sets.

My first question is whether I can gain without an extender? My second question is if anyone is selling an extender here for cheap? I also have one more question.. I recently ordered a nike wrist band and bicep band which I plan on wearing around my unit all day to keep the pump. Is this a good idea if I am still able to pee with it on? Thank you for the time reading this and any insights that you can provide!

Welcome Bigger! The Newbie Routine is a grey place to start and the basic stretching portion of the routine is great for length and you will do well here. The BathMate is going to really help boost the workout, especially in the 5 x 5 workout. I think you made the right choice. The SizeGenetics can be added at anytime. We have a wonderful special on the site, just click the link. I made plenty of gains using only my hands to stretch and even when you get an extender you will still want to practice manual stretching. I have never heard of the Nike wrist and arm bands and I just looked them up, are they adjustable?

Well I read on a forum somewhere on the net (I think PE gym but don't remember) about a guy that wore a bicep band. He said it was extremely comfortable, kept him plump all day, could pee with it on, and even went as far as to sleeping with it. After I week he lost sensitivity though. This was probably because he wore it while he was sleeping right?

I get my bathmate Monday, and the wrist/bicep bands Friday I think. I will let you know as to how they work. I tried the Ace bandage (Elastic) and it works well if I get it at the correct tension. However, after a few hours it really starts to hurt.

I am kind of worried about not gaining. I read a few people that said they did a solid routine like this and gained nothing. I really hope I am not one of those people. I did some PE in the past years ago. I tried hanging and a lot of different things and only gained a half inch in length. I don't think I was doing things correctly though. Any insight on people who don't gain and why?

BPEL 7 1/4.
End girth (behind glands) 5 inches
Mid girth (around 4 1/2)
Base girth 5 inches
 
I recommend an extender as part of your PE for sure. Go on Ebay and i recommend one with threaded rods. Much easier than the SG style and very affordable.

Being consistent is the most important part of the process. Also, some men need more than others so be open and ready to adjust or add to your routine if gains are stagnant. I would take a good read through the SRT Routine thread as there is so much profitable information there on gaining and healing with the most speed. I do not know anyone who has practiced the SRT routine and failed, it is that good.
 
Ok so I have a huge freaking problem. I just used the Bathmate today and it instantly made me cum after about 5 seconds when I did full suction, is this normal??? I tried it again a few hours later and same dam thing happened. Do I just need to keep using it until I get used to it?

Nothing to feel bad about, you just need to get used to it. You can chalk this up to endurance enhancement, another benefit of the Bathmate. When you feel the urge you need to stop, rest, let the feeling go away and start again. Over time you will build endurance an size, both very useable in the bedroom.

Ok so I just had my first successful pump. I did 5 sets of 5 with two of the sets being kind of worthless because of air that kept getting inside... Practice makes perfect I suppose! I started off only being able to get barely behind the 170. By the end of the fifth set I was barely over 180.

7 1/4 NBEL - 7 1/2 NBEL
Girth went up total of 1/2 inch!

I am really curious where this is going to head once I get the squash jelqs down (they confuse me) and stay consistent with this. I wrapped up with Ace wrap behind both shaft and balls to keep the hang! I am fairly sure that in future pumps once I get a good seal that I will be able to get more length/girth. If anyone has any advice for shower use and keeping the dam air bubbles out let me know. Could only get two of the five sets with no air bubbles. Thanks!
 
For shower use. Make sure the seal is good and wet. I personally use plain Suave hair conditioner. For lube and making a better seal. I fill the bathmate up. Lower it down with the shower water continuing to fill and insert myself into it. That way you don't lose water while lowering. I don't tip it to put it on. Also help to trim the hair around the area.

You already seem to be getting a good pump even being a beginner. As long as this isn't water retention/edema.

You're going 5x5min, but how long are you waiting between sets? You might just get started on SSJ or regular jelqing between the 5min sets.
You may get the same expansion or you could post back saying you've turned into a horse.


Happywithbm gave a good tip on shower use. Some people use petroleum jelly for a seal as well. I would just experiment w/ some things. Just make sure there is no leakage.

Yup I did something wrong because I had a donut head! Is it normal to get water retention and a donut? How can I avoid this? Do I not pump to max pressure? Also could someone please explain to me how to do squash jelqs? I did a search and found some forums but don't quite understand what they mean by pushing down with the palm of your hand while jelqing. I really don't want a donut head lol, I want real blood engorgement!!! Thanks guys!

How will it show up on my credit card statement? Also just pumped today and barely got over 190. I started just shy of 170 yesterday so I think that is good! Still got a donut head.... Is this bad or will I still grow getting a donut head?

PPC Corp is what will show on your statement.
 
Alright so I just noticed a dark spot on the top of my dick. Its about a half inch long and 1/6 inch wide. I can't tell if its purple or black. It also feels really fatigued in that area. Anything to worry about?

And by the way the Wrist bands and bicep bands are awesome! You guys should buy some and try them out!
 
Let yourself heal... Just a blood blister. Take your time with pumping. Consistency and staying injury free are key. PE is the turtle not the rabbit
 
Yup I did something very wrong today. I did my 30 second stretches in every direction, three sets then pumped with the BM. Did 5 minute sets, was running short on time so I didn't jelq in-between sets. Did little over 10 minute on last set and had extreme doughnut effect. I am considering taking tomorrow off but not sure yet. Maybe I will do lower pressure with my future sets. Did anyone here get permanent results with lymph buildup? Or should this be avoided completely?
