Since I am new I decided to go with DLD's Newbie Routine. Overall the session lasted 30 mins and I actually found it enjoyable and not as time consuming as I thought it would be. I'm not sure if I have done everything right though because the base of my penis and where it connects to my body is feeling tired ... as if I have over-worked it or done something wrong? I stuck to the stretching and jelqing and incorparated a little bit of reverse jelqing. I'm going to continue with this routine however for the next couple of weeks and was wondering if the more experienced users could give me any other types of exercises which would be good for a newcomer, or just useful tips. Thanks.

Nice! Yah, I thought it would take forever too when I started but it's actually pretty efficiently organised. Anyway, I still feel a little sore at the base if I do my stretches and stuff on consecutive days. I wouldn't worry too much about doing stuff wrong unless you see some strange stuff happening on your dick afterwards, otherwise chalk it up to a learning experience.

Also be sure to take days off initially, rest days are one of the things that supposedly allows you to keep gaining because you don't condition yourself to become immune to gains too fast.

Tips eh...well, just make sure not to cut yourself short on any of your exercises. And the mental aspect helps a bunch! If you read the Mental Penis Enlargement forum a bit about how to keep motivated and visual your goals, all that is very handy.

Congratulations on your first session! I remember mine like it was yesterday. Very freaky at first, almost embarrassing:D ...but oddly enjoyable:) The tired feeling is general soreness that comes from training and it will subside within a few hours after training. I would stick with the DLD Routine for now and get your feet wet. After a few weeks hit me with a PM and I will give you a stepped up version.
