Since I am new I decided to go with DLD's Newbie Routine. Overall the session lasted 30 mins and I actually found it enjoyable and not as time consuming as I thought it would be. I'm not sure if I have done everything right though because the base of my penis and where it connects to my body is feeling tired ... as if I have over-worked it or done something wrong? I stuck to the stretching and jelqing and incorparated a little bit of reverse jelqing . I'm going to continue with this routine however for the next couple of weeks and was wondering if the more experienced users could give me any other types of exercises which would be good for a newcomer, or just useful tips. Thanks.
