Ive been doing this about 2 weeks now, and Ive seen some small gains. Just wanted to get some veteran advice.

My stats:

Erect Bone pressed length : 5.1"
Erect girth: 4.5"

I found this place through Thunders Place, which I found through a completely unrelated forum.. And I decided to check this out ebcause having a small dick has always bothered me and effected my confidence.. etc.

Anyway, I wanted to read up so i didnt sound like a total idiot.

But Im not really following a routine, just getting it in when I have time.

At least 4 nights a week I hang 3 sets of 20 minutes at 2.5, 3.5, then 4.5 lbs. I wrap when I remember to (Someone please read my post on the newbie forum!!), and I jelq 2 or 3 days a week, but nothing set in stone.

Welcome to the forums bro. I started much smaller than you so don't be intimidated. I would suggest that you add the newbie routine as well as the hanging to condition the penis. BTW what type of hanger are you using?

starting size was 1 3/4-2 in flacid... now 3 3/4 -4 inch
4 1/4-4 1/2 bperect now 6 3/4 I would stretch all day if i could
