Hello all, I am a newbie to the Penis Enlargement community and hope to achieve some of the same results as all of you. I have been following DLD's manual routine for about 3 months and recently purchased a JES extender. My only question is about adjusting the traction on the device. I adjust the screws and they move out, but the mg's don't change. Any advice would really help. Thanks in advance.

then you need to put the screws back in, add another bar to your extender, stretch your penis out really good for a few min before you put the extender on, make sure to pull out as far as you can go, then put it on, and turn the screws.

I dont even need to turn the screws when I put mine on. I dont use them anymore because they gave me 0 results. Its a waste of time in my opinion. I just use mine to see if my BPFSL is growing or not.

IF it is I add a bar, if not, i keep pulling on my weenie and check in a few months. Hope this helps.

No , I wore the damn thing for like 500 hours a few years ago. I didnt get anything from it at all.

I just like to put it on every once in a while to see if im growing. So If I can add a 1cm bar here and there, I am happy.

I bought DLD's routine and was very impressed with it, but now I have my own personal routine I made which works out great for me. I call it the kill 4 birds with 2 stones. lasts about an hour - hour 15 and do it 5 days a week.

I am not saying the extender will not work for you, it just didn't work for me. Its kind of like Dieting. You have to create a routine which will force your body to change. Your body likes homeostasis, it doesn't want to change, so you need to create a changing environment for it. Try everything in my opinion and find out what works for you.

A couple years ago I wore it for 3 months solid for more than 8 hours EVERY day and gained ZERO.

i just started to use an extender (x4labs) and i believe with a combination of manual stretches and Lazy ass stretches that i will gain with it...don't look for the 3" in three months that some websites are advertising...if you have been doing pe for any amount of time...you know that it is not that easy...but i believe the extender can help in gains...but don't think it will be your savior for length gains...my opinion

Fedora, how have your results been with the extender, and how long did it take before you see gains. I know I'm not supposed to rush the stretching but I am very eager to see results. 3 months of manual stretching and I haven't even gained a mm.

It´s hard to say, because when I bought my extender (june 2006), I had already done manual Penis Enlargement since oct 2004. So I had already passed the newbie period.

The first 3-4 weeks is a startup "ease in to it" extender period.
I´d say after about 1.5 months you can start to see bpfls results. And after about 2-2.5 months you will se EL-gains.
The key is constant use (after the startup period is over, aim for at least 4hrs+ each day), the more the better. The more you use it, the faster the results. But don´t expect rapid gains, there are no rapid inches in Penis Enlargement. If you gain 1" in EL the first year, that is a really good Penis Enlargement gain.

Yes, I jelq tgotti. I have seen some great improvements in my erection quality and my gains in girth have been decent. However, girth has always been my strong point (5.75). Length however is a serious problem (5") and I really need improvement.
